Excelente quick service and Matt the delivery man was polite, friendly and efficient

We had our Sunday morning delivery by Matt 3107, what a lovely man. He arrived with a smile on his face snd saw my little boy in the window who absolutely loved watching him
In his lorry and filling the tank up. I always find people are quick to moan about things but never praise people so a big shout out to Matt, you gave 10/10 with your service.

Very good service from start to end. Very helpful in the guidance provided for installation and patience and courtesy even when there was an issue at out end in preparing for the installation of the tank and the pipe.

We are a small Community Amateur Sports Club, a Bowls Club to be precise. We have less than 100 members, avge age 75 to 80. We struggle to cover the costs of a grass green, but manage to keep the club going. As Treasurer, I have recently embarked on a cost review, and have seen that we are being drastically overcharged for our Lpg. Upon investigation, it seems that our last contract was taken out in 2019, for just 12 months. Since then costs have risen, and we have been offered the following terms....LPG at 80 pence per litre, fxd just 12 months. The contract length 5 years. On top of that a 26p per day tank rental charge, which incidentally we have never paid before. Comparing this to a local family company, where we have been offered an open contract at 60p per litre, no rental fee.
I asked about cancelling. Apparently on the 2019 contract it quoted a tank removal fee of £995 plus vat, and a 12 month notice period.
So, I feel that we are being handcuffed to Flogas, we cannot really afford to pay out £995 + vat, although on a very long term basis we would work out better off.
This offer by Flogas is their best offer, having dropped from 95pence per litre until I called them.
If they could come closer to the local company, and knock off the rental fee, we would possibly stay, or if they could not, maybe reduce/remove the Tank removal fee.

Received a renewal email and called to query a few things.
Helen could not have been more helpful. She listened carefully and answered all my concerns.
In fact, it was the confidence Helen gave me that had me decide there and then to continue with FLOW GAS on a further 2 year contract.

Overall good experience in switching from previous supplier. Much better value.

We have bottled gas for heating and use Flogas. Every time we have to make an order we get excellent service, polite and caring people and the gas is delivered very quickly. Lewis Gordon was very pleasant and helpful. No hassle ordering at all.
