Needed a replacement gas tank after 25 years of service in rural Highland weather! The whole process using a HIAB crane over a brick shed and sturdy carport took 2 hours, as advised. Pre appointment contact by email was clear and informative. The previous day check ensured all was in place for a safe procedure. Staff were aware of my disabilities and accommodated my needs during the time they were here. DJ Macauley, engineer (who did initial assessment) and Kevin (HIAB driver) successfully exchanged gas tank and reconnected the system, checking the boiler was working before they left. The men were skilled, efficient, pleasant, polite, friendly, careful on the property and clearly experienced at their respective jobs. Which made this a good experience for me and kept stress levels to a minimum. My gas levels in the new tank were 1% difference after the transfer which I thought was amazing. Excellent service Flogas and the staff I had contact with, are a great asset to your company.

I had my external gas pipe replaced by James Grennan, Paul Thomas and Mark Robinson. They were very friendly, polite and very professional. I highly recommend them if you need any civils work doing.

I spoke today with Helen from Flow Gas & she was supper efficient and competent in dealing with my contract renewal and some changes to my details. I always dread speaking to big companies as they keep you on hold and then pass you from one department to another. It was a real pleasant experience & she really did a great job to satisfy my requests.

Regular supply this morning - quick and efficient and how Stuart was so cheerful at the early hour ! set me up for the day myself.

Alastair Evely delivered to me today and I could not rate this gentleman higher. He called the evening before to get directions, showed up on time and was as accommodating as possible with the delivery and our place is not easy to deliver too. I rang to renew my contract and the lady I spoke to was samia she was so helpful as I am not very familiar with what to do she was so helpful me being an old guy and not very savvy I didn’t want to go with another gas company as Flo gas has always understood my situation thank you all

Have had Flogas for four years now, so far we have had our tank updated to a new one and have also had a transmitter fitted which means we no longer have to contact them to order a top up. Nathan delivered our top up today without having to place an order before the winter rush sets in
