NOT GOOD
Communication takes forever, wait days for reply, that's if you get one. Order did not arrive, though text said it had and had been signed for, though it had not! Seriously, go elsewhere.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate how frustrating it must have been to receive notification that your order had been delivered and signed for when this wasn’t the case.
During our working hours, our team aims to respond to customer enquiries within an hour wherever possible. However, when an issue involves a courier investigation, we are reliant on DX providing us with the relevant information and updates before we can give you an accurate response. Unfortunately, the timescale of these investigations is outside of our direct control.
We will always continue to chase the courier on a customer’s behalf and provide an update as soon as we receive further information.
We’re sorry that the communication felt slow on this occasion and for the inconvenience caused by the delivery issue.

Items came damaged and still haven’t…
Items came damaged and still haven’t heard anything back, was delayed from a 2 day delivery time to a 7 day and when arrived was damaged and the planks won’t sit flush on the scribe

Good range of flooring
A good range of flooring and adhesives, and favourable prices. Prior to ordering I phoned to find out which of the numerous adhesives would be most suitable for the vinyl I chose. Good communication regarding delivery, however DPD were not so communicative and I had to wait in an extra day for my order to arrive. We hired a professional to fit the vinyl, he found the recommended adhesive unsuitable (lumpy) and resorted to spray adhesive which did the job.

Was fast delivery when finally sent but…
Was fast delivery when finally sent but problem was when ordering item website stated 1-2 working days but in fact didn’t actually have item in stock at all. Wasn’t told till I contacted after nearly a week to be told this then had to wait for item to come in stock before sent out all in all nearly 2 weeks had to wait for item.
