It took over a month to arrive
It took over a month to arrive, with no communication as to why. I only found out because I had to phone them to see why it was taking so long, and then I was told they were out of stock and waiting for it to come in. I would have ordered it elsewhere if I had known.

The order was changed
The order was changed, still waiting for refund to bank account. Wrong amount of tiles delivered, still waiting collect of tiles.

Unfortunately, while we can arrange collections with DX, we cannot directly control when the courier completes them. We’re also unable to process a refund for returned goods until they have been collected and received back.
We can confirm that the tiles have now been successfully collected and your refund has been processed.
We apologise for the delay and appreciate your patience while this was resolved.

I received something different from…
I received something different from what I ordered. The return was not organized properly. The return date was scheduled twice, for which I took a day off to be able to send it back. It only worked on the third attempt. After I returned the incorrect order, I was left without any updates for a week until I contacted the Flormart team again. A month has passed, and I still haven't received what I ordered.

Unfortunately, once a collection has been booked with DX, we are reliant on the courier completing this as scheduled and cannot directly control their collection service. We completely appreciate how frustrating it must have been to arrange your time around two unsuccessful collection attempts.
Having reviewed your order, we can see that this has now been resolved. We’re sorry that the process took longer than it should have and for the inconvenience caused along the way.

All ok but packaging was inadequate.
The order process and delivery time was good. The product (5ltr floor prep liquid) was inadequately packaged. It arrived squashed and crumpled. It appeared to be only by luck that it wasn't leaking. You could blame it on handling by the couriers but the packaging was woeful.
