Glad to hear you were happy with our service and delivery got to you in good time.
In terms of your reveiw on our Hush Panel 28's Quality, I can assure you these are checked thoroughly before being sent out in good condition and can only apologise if you're unhappy with the product.
If you could email me (reiley@floorscan.co.uk) with pictures of the product in question to determine why sizes were not unifrom we'd be happy to remedy the situation and replace faulty panels.

I’d been messed around by another supplier who claimed they had this product in stock but in actual fact found out they didn’t, only one week after I had ordered. This left me in a desperate situation. Floorscan had this product in stock as advertised and delivered to me next day as promised, with 2 hour slot provided by delivery company. Would highly recommend for transparent transaction and delivery as promised. Thank you

Boards Arrived Damaged, Company didn't care
The boards arrived damaged over half had the tongue and groove sections broken and chipped off. Reported to the company as they aren't cheap items and got a shrug of the shoulders response. They were clearly damaged in transit so I would have thought a token gesture of refunding the large carriage cost would have been the minimum offered, but nothing. I am now having to make do and mend something that I paid full retail for. If I wanted the equivalent of second hand boards, I would have bought second hand boards.

Hi Alex, our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
As discussed in our email, to which unfortunately didn't receive a response, we do care and always strive to create a great service.
These boards are inspected thoroughly before being sent in good condition, usually arriving in 2 working days. Due to chipboard's brittle nature in rare cases like yours we can see some chipped edges have occurred when travelling nationwide across a pallet network.
Any damaged stock deemed unfit we do recommend refusing delivery for a replacement order to be shipped express once received.

Very positive Experience
Ordered sound proofing M20 sheets and acoustic plasterboard to soundproof adjoining wall. Arrived next day as advertised. Had to collect a few more. Staff member very friendly and very helpful.

We do send out an animated video with each order to try and give our customers the quickest and easiest to digest information on how they will receive your delivery. In our industry and across construction supply the vast majority of materials are delivered kerbside.
