Great product and excellent service

I was very happy with the final print but it a long time to finally get them to print as the communication was inconsistent and too much time wasted.

Great customer service throughout, from the initial enquiry to placing the order, I will definitely be usong Fluid Branding again!

Avoid!
It took months to sort out the order with Fluid, to and fro with emails, eventually getting a sample of magnets and putting in the order. The next day the payment lady flagged that they don't do those magnets any more and indeed the sales person I had been dealing with confirmed that their supplier couldn't supply the magnets even though they had sent a sample! While email tennis proceeded, I put in a order with another company and in the time (10 days of the email tennis and them trying to persuade me to let them find an alternative supplier) I had received a large bag of samples, checked the design and magnets were designed and printed.
My Fluid order also included pens and these did arrive and were acceptable, though the whole process was slow compared to the other company.

A smooth process in ordering and delivering the merch! What impresses me the most is that every time they deliver at the exact time agreed! I feel so relaxed and assured when doing business with Fluid

Ordered a number of pens with our logo on - a simple enough proposition and the finished pens were of expected quality, however I did find the proofing process a bit of a faff! It seemed like a lot of emails before we got to the finished design. However I can't really fault the product.

We have been working with Fluid for a few years now for our branding needs.
Their services have always been reliable, product quality has been great and their team is very supportive.

The service we received from the outset was timely and detailed - no issue was too big to assist with.

We were disappointed that we did not receive the bottle in time to give out at a specific event and I feel that that was to do with the artwork approval and some delay there.

That said the product is great and I would most certainly use Fluid again.
