Just took insurance out recently,,but service has been good ,,staff were helpful with all enquiries before I started insurance.

The true test of any insurance company is when there is a claim. Fly Icarus's claims management and support is second to none. Premiums are competitive. Levels of cover are just right.

I am skeptical of insurance companies
I am skeptical of insurance companies. I often find they come up with some loop hole so they do not have help or to do the very least possible. When I first contacted Flyicarus my perception did start to change as the person I spoke to was very friendly and gave outstanding customer service while providing a really competitive quote.
Fast forward 10 months and sadly I had to bite the bullet and use my insurance. What can I say, the service has been fantastic. my claim was dealt with haste and with a sympathetic approach with clear communication along the way. My initial claim happened between Christmas and New year and I was amazed someone got in touch with me over that period to get my claim processed.
The drone got sent off with ease and within a week the drone is back with me.
I am extremely happy with the whole experience and I would thoroughly recommend Flyicarus as an insurance company.

Drone Insurance
When i was first looking for drone insurance, i looked through the web and found FlyIcarus Drone Insurance. I spoke to them about my aspirations, they were only to happy to listen and advise. I have now received my renewal. I am very happy to say I have renewed at a cheaper price with addditional coverages.
I would recommend this company to all drone enthusiasts.
