I love them!
When I first saw the add for the fish fillets I thought they would be like a fish stick. They aren’t like that. Much better tasting. They work great in the air fryer.

Ordered a product and they sent the wrong product. I showed them original order and then no acknowledgement from them. Could be financial problems?
Your original reply was the following: Thank you for reaching out. We have reviewed your order details, and the item you received Tazo Earl Grey Tea Bag matches what was ordered. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a replacement in this case. However, as long as the item is unopened and in its original manufacturer packaging, we can accept a return. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
I have linked the Manufacturer information regarding the product. This product is organic Tazo Earl Grey Tea Bag.
It did not match what was ordered by me I sent you the original order and then your response was we can substitute items. Your initial response was a lie and you were caught. Like I said earlier your company seem to have more issues than this.

Ordering cookies online
I ordered the cookies on March 27, and today is April 1—I still haven’t received them. If possible, can this be expedited? We’re in the process of leaving, and it would be great to have them soon.
Also, when placing the order, there weren’t many options—just chocolate chip, macadamia, and the M&M-style assorted. Not everyone likes chocolate or macadamia, so it would be nice to have the option to choose a plain flavor or a more varied assortment next time.
