Great prices and top quality

Excellent Customer Service
Although there were some issues when the shipment of olives arrived, the customer service at Food Service Direct was very helpful. The agent listened and followed through. The product is very good, and the service is great.

First and foremost the prices are great, leastwise for what I was seeking. The ordering process was simple, Shipping was reasonable. Received the items pretty quickly. So, I am absolutely satisfied with the whole process and look forward to looking over the site to see what other mischief I can get myself into.

There was no estimated time of delivery…
There was no estimated time of delivery and thankfully we were home. Fed-Ex destroyed the package and patched it with a piece of cardboard and tape. The dry ice was completely gone. Two of the lids were damaged due to the extra space. The product was still frozen, barely. If you would like photos, I will be more than happy to send them to you.
