I went to these guys for a few wheel nuts for my ford cmax,sunny was so helpful that he gave them to me for free plus put them on my car for me.good customer service lots of parts available genuine.

FORD SPARE PARTS LTD FSP Limited is one of the UK's largest independent specialist Ford breakers, Ford Motor Vehicle Dismantlers & Recyclers. We are suppliers to the public and motor trade of Genuine Ford used parts, breaker spares. Established in 2015. We can provide a next day courier delivery service on all parts which are on the shelf. Parts which need to be removed have a 48 hour turnaround time. We pride ourselves on our customer service and try to resolve any and all issues of customers should they arrive.

FORD SPARE PARTS A SCAM

I bought an engine from them for £1550, and the mechanic that fitted it, told me that he done a sniff test on the engine, and that there were gases leaking from the engine. Ever since that day the engine has the cylinder head gone the same way as my original engine. I recommend that people do not use this company, they even don’t give you a warranty with the engine so that you can’t replace or have a refund on the engine. I emailed them and I had a response back to say that I had a problem with the EGR COOLER. So I went back to the mechanic and he say that is totally wrong. He even asked his solicitor friend that he said because I haven’t got a warranty with the engine, that I haven’t got a chance in hell to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SCAM YOU OUT OF THOUSANDS OF POUNDS. I HAVE NOW BOUGHT ANOTHER ENGINE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME 6 MONTH WARRANTY

The issues you experienced have stemmed from the gasket, which, according to our terms and conditions, is not covered under warranty, This is the same for all major companies in the Industry. Regardless of this we requested a diagnostic report multiple times to help address your concerns, but you refused to provide this to us. This report could have provided valuable insight into the problem.

Additionally, our policy, consistent with industry standards, does not cover any labour charges.

We are still willing to work with you, even beyond the return deadline, if you can provide us with the requested diagnostic report.

We appreciate your understanding and hope to resolve this matter together.

What a fantastic breakers

What a fantastic breakers, it was like going to another of special ford parts with great people who take care of me with fantastic prices. I bought 3 eco boost engines and 2 diesel ones all running perfect never even had to use the warranty once. Please if you need a ford part or engine or gearbox you must only come here.

I bought gearbox for my ford Mondeo…

I bought gearbox for my ford Mondeo from Ford Spare parts , after being reassured by one of their sales guys "Sunny" that that's the right gearbox from exactly the same car model. Delivery was swift and quick .... But after fitting it turned out that it's not the right one. Mistake is not the issue but respond from Ford Spare parts "return and refund or replacement" I believe this is not sufficient especially when the process will take your car off the road for two weeks because of their mistake.....

Thank you for your review. We want to emphasise that our terms and conditions are clearly provided to all customers at the time of purchase.

We are always happy to collect any engine that needs replacing if it is wrong at the time of installation. However, if an engine requires replacement under warranty, it is the customer's responsibility to return it for inspection and assessment.

We provided you with replacement and refund options, as sellers we cant do any more than this, and most if not all customers would respect this. The fault was never established and could have also been down to instal, however we did not argue this point as we wanted to solve your issue soon as possible.

We are sorry that you feel we still did not do enough, i do not know how anyone can do more!
