I went to these guys for a few wheel nuts for my ford cmax,sunny was so helpful that he gave them to me for free plus put them on my car for me.good customer service lots of parts available genuine.

Caution is advised; they are dangerous.
Obtaining a refund proved to be very difficult. We purchased a gearbox for £1400, and initially, they refused to issue a refund. After a lengthy and complicated discussion, they only refunded part of the amount. We are pursuing legal action to recover our funds, as the return period coincided with the refunding time. Caution is advised; they are scammers.

We are very disappointed with the review and more so with Trustpilot who are allowing reviews of rasict nature to be allowed, the gentleman has now changed his review which earlier was mocking the team stating they had different accents so must be scammers.
the customer was given a refund in January 2024, he has now decided to complain after a whole 7 months. the issue was not down to us rather his mechanics, the gearbox returned was sold on and works perfectly fine with the other customer. sadly people like accept and agree to matters at the time and then lie about things after. His own business has many negative reviews due to how many customers they have messed around. We can only apologise for something which is our mistake. Our other reviews speak for themselves! we wish the customer the best of luck as always.

AVOID - awful customer service and parts NOT checked like their listing states
AVOID - Broke down on holiday and needed a new fuel pump for the car - rung to check that the second hand one they were selling for £230 was working and had all the connections attached which they assured us was and did. Charged us £30 for next day delivery and when it arrived all the connections had been chopped off and the part didn't work! Ended up sending it back at my cost and had to wait for around a month and make several phone calls to them to finally get refunded. Shocking customer service! Finally ended up get a new part from Rock Auto in America for less than half the price even with the postage which arrived in less than a week.

Absolutely immaculate service. I ordered 1 day delivered the next.
Mistakenly order the wrong part so returned it and got a full refund the next day.
Would highly recommend them for parts and customer service.

Pure and utter useless ordered a driveshaft of them and asked/told them it’s a mk5 mondeo NOT MK4 still sent a mk4 one had to send back at my cost and they would not refund the full amount even when it’s their cock up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR
