Negative reviews are being deleted. My review from months ago was deleted. At this point all I can say is ForKobo is a scam. Don’t make the mistake of investing. ForKobo will stress the life out of you.

I don’t know who’s reading this, but please and please don’t open an account with Forkobo!

Just don’t do it I don’t know why people are leaving good reviews here. There’s no transparency in their operations, they would hold your payment for months and blame it on Shopify and you will not have access to your dashboard after sometime it’ll keep glitching.

When I opened my forkobo stores the contract stated a minimum monthly payment for each store. I did not even get up to 50% of that and when I complained they said something in the lines of “it’s not a guaranteed payment” which is obviously false advertisement.
Everyone i recommended to forkobo is having thesame issues. For a store that was estimated to return $1000 if you get up to $500 give thanks, and even the $500 it’ll take at least 4 months before you get paid. That is if you get paid. And if you complain they wouldn’t do anything or ask you to request for a refund which will take months and just know you won’t even get up to 50% of your initial payment.

Just don’t do it, the amount of stress this company has put me through. I have just taken it as my loss.

ForKobo was a terrible decision and a huge mistake.

They delay payouts for over four months and keep blaming Shopify, claiming reviews take 90 to 120 days. That explanation does not make sense. Shopify does not hold every dropshipping store’s payments for 90 to 120 days every single month. Many dropshipping stores receive payouts normally, and Shopify reviews are usually risk based or temporary, not a permanent excuse to withhold funds repeatedly.

On top of that, ForKobo does not release scheduled payouts into your withdrawal wallet. They say scheduled payouts take 10 business days, yet it has been over a month and my scheduled payouts are still stuck with no resolution and no clear timeline.

They are not transparent at all. When you complain or ask valid questions, they threaten to shut down your store and hold refunds for long periods while hiding behind their refund policy.

This experience has caused me serious financial stress. I genuinely wish them the same pain, frustration, and hardship they have caused me and many other customers.

I would never recommend ForKobo to anyone.

Forkobo is frustrating me, since 2nd October up till date January 10th my payout have not been released, I have called and send series of mails to no avail,
In all honesty this is very discouraging, even the people I introduced it to are very angry with me.

I am a very frustrated user of For Kobo. The payouts take too long to be processed for the 'Done for you' stores. Four months and counting is a long time!
They could be better if they want to, but they treat accounts from certain regions better than others.
If you complain, they shut down your account... its just been a let down for myself and the people we referred

Forkobo is an amazing platform that helps you scale and manage your business effortlessly. The only problem I had with them was the delay in payout. When I reached out to their customer care the service was topnotch. I spoke with Shahroz who was very helpful he resolved the problem as he promised I got a mail immediately regarding my complaint .

Process improvement is the bedrock of a growing business and Forkobo has embodied it.The support team and everyone on board has been amazing.I spoke to Shahroz yesterday and his responses were quite helpful.I look forward seeing Forkobo attain greater heights.

Honestly Forkobo is the real deal, they are so good with this e-commerce thing, from setting up a done for you store to the do it yourself Shopify store they are helping me with… hopefully they get the recognition and the accolades they deserve.. And OMG i love Shahroz the call representative, he’s so patient with me, he’s the absolute best.

Zee was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process of paying for my stores. I called several times trying to get everything sorted out, and he guided me step by step without any hesitation. We finally got a payment link that worked, and I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism.

I haven't received this month payout and I requested since on the 9th which is quite disturbing as they don't reach out unless you reach out to them and there's usually no concrete time as to when this will be resolved. Please look into it

Forkobo looked promising at first. Paid for the first month then refused to pay the second month after sending me a mail that my payout was available for withdrawal.
I requested for withdrawal and 1 month later I wasn’t paid. I sent mails, called to know what the problem was but they didn’t give any clear explanation.

I woke up to a mail that my account had been suspended. Just like that!!

These people are holding my money.

No payout, no refund yet.

They don’t even take my calls again.

Forkobo is already good

I am really disappointed with forkobo right now. My payout has been pending since 28 October,and despite sending countless emails , all I keep receiving are automated replies with no real help , my second payout cycle was completed on 17 November, yet my fist payout is still pending. This is extremely draining, stressful, and unfair. I joined this platform with trust and hope, but the silence and lack of proper support is heartbreaking. I just want clear communication and my payout processed. I have been patient for too long , and I am begging the team to resolve this issue. 😭😭💔💔💔💔

Hello Forkobo,I have written you guys couple of times on email yet no response,be kind enough to refund me my fund to enable me sort out bills that is on my neck,the money I used to invest with forkobo I took it as loan,I need repay back the money,as you guys called off the contract why is it taking you guys this long to send back my fund,the 12working days has elapsed today is 16days already why keeping me silent,I have need for my fund.

The payment schedule takes too long as expected, most atimes it even exceeds a month which is somehow disturbing. Again, during my sign in on the website subscription for 2 stores is $1999 with up to $1000 monthly with a ad fee of $99 which is deducted from the sales of each store every month but now I get a message that ad fee of $99 for each store will again be deducted from my payout every 2months. That was not the initial agreement on your website so seems that was a hidden fee.

Hi everyone, I totally understand how stressful these payout delays feel. I’m in the same situation, so I’m speaking purely as another customer like you.

From my own experience running multiple Shopify stores, Shopify often puts payments on hold for all sorts of routine reasons including chargebacks, sudden spikes in sales, verification checks, compliance reviews, etc. It happens to any store owner, regardless of who manages the store.

In this case, the hold is coming directly from Shopify, not ForKobo.
ForKobo can’t speed it up or override it because Shopify handles these reviews internally.

Just to reassure you: I personally received my October payout today from one of my stores after the hold was lifted. So Forkobo is Paying as soon as Shopify releases the money (once they finish their checks).

If anyone wants to understand how these holds work, you can search “Shopify payment holds” , you’ll see that this is a standard and very common process for all e-commerce merchants.

I’m sharing this to give everyone peace of mind. Our payments will come through once Shopify completes their review.
We’re all experiencing the same thing, and it will be resolved.

The service is stress free and I love that about ForKobo. The only cons are the delay in pay out and not being able to add on more stores..

My experience since I joined has been very poor. Haven’t gotten any payouts. It’s been pending since Oct 12th. 19 days and still counting.

I am really frustrated to say the least.

Unpaid payout for months. I keep on getting the same automated emails when I inquire of it. This is quite unfortunate and unfair. When it started, I received my payout but I don’t anymore. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It’s very stressful not getting payouts and you have to keep sending emails. It’s not the stress-free passive income we were told.
Also, if ForKobo is an advertising company that can help you boost sales on your private e-commerce stores (which is not under their management), why is it that they’re not able to boast sales for ForKobo stores and the payouts are sometimes less that 300 usd? I hope I haven’t been scammed.
Most probably, the individuals giving the positive reviews are new to it or haven’t encountered this delayed or unpaid payout issue. Thank you.
