Forkobo is doing well and great.my first payout doesn’t delay at all,my first payout was last month and also waiting for next payout this month,so to be sincere I haven’t encountered any problems with my payout and their services
The only thing I’m not okay with is about my daily summary most time it skipped and not delivered properly I wil have to email on that before they remember to drop it and also their upgrading/adding more store is not available which I hope forkobo work on that soon…so apart from this I mentioned,Forkobo have been a great e-commerce experience I have ever come across and I wish you’re doing more perfectly than this as time goes on…Thsnks

Forkobo is Awesome! I never knew I could be an entrepreneur with zero business background. I am happy for this opportunity to earn passive income. My only wish is for payouts to be smooth and quicker with short processing times. Forkobo has really changed my financial…
Forkobo has really changed my financial life, I now have a passive income to help my family financially. Only issue is that I need to open more stores but forkobo saying there's no chance for that now. Please I help in that aspect. Forkobo is really the best. I would also love to add that it would be better if forkobo has an app we can download to login to our dashboard, sometimes I find it difficult to login through the website. I’ve been with Forkobo since May, and my experience has been positive overall. They’ve been consistent with payouts, and I always receive mine on time. The ensure my store makes daily sale using the Ai advertising tool.
Payout has been seamless as well, and withdrawal is almost immediately once payout is confirmed.

One of the best e commerce store management company out there
I’ve been with this company for a while now, and I can honestly say they’ve exceeded my expectations. They manage my e-commerce store with real professionalism and care, and I’ve been seeing consistent profits as a result.
What I appreciate most is how transparent and communicative the team is. They always keep me updated, responsive to my concerns, and genuinely want to see your store succeed. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and dedication these days.
Contrary to some opinions out there and based on my personal experience, they have been doing amazingly well. I have been getting my consistent monthly payouts and every time I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve responded promptly and gone above and beyond to make sure things were right.
E-commerce can be unpredictable, but this company has proven to be reliable and trustworthy. I’m very happy with the partnership and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for real results and professional support

For me their service
For me their service is good and I would recommend
When they give a payment timeline they process the payment at that timeline listed. And you are always updated on your store activity end of the day and when they don’t send it that day, you get it early the next morning. Realistic is sometimes their payment delays to reflect in your account but that’s because different bank and countries have their operation systems so all that is put into consideration.
I would have preferred though if their call number or customer service staff are increased as most times I call I don’t get to speak to one but they respond to my mails within 24-72 hours tops.

Competent and dependable e commerce solution
I’ve had an awesome experience with Forkobo! I currently have 10 stores in total, I started with 4 and gradually scaled up overtime. I also set up a store for my sister who is in Nigeria, and payouts have been smooth with no delays. Occasionally I experience slight delays on my end since I live abroad and that’s completely normal due to bank verification processes and third party interventions, but payouts are always made.
Their customer service is excellent with a quick turn around time of 24-48 hours max. Overall Forkobo is an option for managing online stores! Reliable and easy to use.

Totally disappointing and shambolic.
If there was a zero rating, I would have given this company Zero. No payouts for several weeks now. I have written to complain several times and got no response. I know of others who are in the exact same situation. They claim they have resolved the payout issues and even sent notifications to this effect. When you challenge them and ask questions and mention that they are a scam, they tend to respond to say if you are not satisfied we will give you a full refund. They simply need to be honest with their customers and stop misleading them by saying they will get there payouts in 3 to 5 working days when they know thats not the case. The business is either not properly set up or a scam!. They need to provide a customer service line to speak to people or respond to queries promptly. I sent an email to them over a week ago and got no response. This service is simply shambolic! Really disappointed!
