The product that I ordered ( a 15" ruler) is fine, but it came in a box big enough to hold a small child! In addition, it was full of packing! Such a waste.

We are pleased that the product arrived safely and undamaged. We follow all industry-accepted standards when packaging items for delivery. If we happened to err on the side of making sure a single acrylic ruler with sharp edges that could easily pierce a smaller package with less packing materials in transit then we must plead guilty to making sure you received what you ordered in a timely manner and undamaged! We are disappointed that you felt our effort to take extra care of your delivery warranted a 2-star rating. If you could please reconsider we would appreciate it greatly.
