My Daughter
The item was very nice that I purchased. I bought it for my daughter and she couldn't use it due to health issues and surgeries with both her feet. They were very fast getting my order to me and nice to deal with. I'm so sorry she couldn't use it. Thanks, L. Hun

They came through for me when I needed it most!

They shipped super fast, and let me know that my order was split and would be arriving in 2 shipments. No “covid excuses”, they were Johnny-on-the-spot! They earned my business from here on out! I placed an order on 4/6/2020 and received part of it within 2 days. However I haven't received the other part of my order that I was charged for and haven't gotten any word as to why it's being delayed.

I placed an order, 48 hours ago for Purell Hand Sanitizer. Just contacted, since no notification of shipping. Oh, they seem to be out of stock, but the website took my order and payment. No notification is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, due to the concern for the Covid-19 virus, the current demand for any sanitizer is not only surpassing and exceeding current stock it is also making it difficult to get accurate information from our wholesale supplier and have it reflect true stock on our website. We apologize for any confusion. This is an issue with the entire supply chain not just us.
