I enjoyed my product
I enjoyed my product, but was disconcerted that I had to follow up on an order. After the original email that my credit card had been charged, there was nothing regarding status, until I emailed requesting information. I thought I had been scammed. Once the items shipped VIA FedEx I could follow the package and felt better.
When products arrived exactly as advertised and in great condition! If a warehouse status could be offered to let the customer know where they were in the process, that would be a great addition.

I got the 4 step floor stripper in a yellow bottle it came fast but it wasn't in the original box it was brand new and closed and works amazingly fast with a scrub brush and mop I almost gave a 4star because I originally ordered a 2step floor stripper in a blue bottle and they were out.perfect for diy projects I should know it did it myself and I'm proud of me sometimes it's best to just take a chance you never know if you like it until you try it yourself.my first time and I loved it.
