A few occasions I’ve paid guaranteed next day delivery by 12 and not received it one of the occasions it was over 4 days but no refund or GWG or apology upheld for it! Shame as I’ve been using the company for over3 years roo

Hi Kelly, so sorry you've not been happy with the speed of delivery. I have had a look into this for you and where you haven't received your order the next day this has been because the order was placed after the daily cut off time. Please note, we have a cut off time of 2pm for orders to be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after this time are dispatched the next working day. In regards to your concern with the 4 day delivery, after looking into this we found that this particular order was placed after the cut off time on a Thursday therefore dispatched by us on the Friday and delivered to you the next working day, which was the Monday. Have used foxy on clients and myself for years & years. But just recently seems like the blonde extensions just aren’t lasting over a month, I used 20inch stick tips on a client and 4 weeks after they have snapped to about 14 inches even with all the correct foxy aftercare products used, which resulted in a very unhappy client. All brunettes and darker colours seem absolutely fine, just seems to be blondes. So had to speak out another supplier for blonde clients.

The BEST HAIR out there!!!
I’ve been wearing foxy hair extensions for almost 3 years now and I can go just under a year on one purchase of 4 bundles of stick tip double drawn extensions. Probably longer if I took care of them properly! I used to use Ugate hair and I was happy at first but then it was very dry and like hay so I took a chance on foxy and I’m so happy I did. The only thing I’m not liking about them is that there is no retailer in the USA. I just have to wait a long time for my new hair and that’s hard to do . Lol But it’s worth it! And their flare tubs are awesome for when you get them moved up.! Thank you thank you! I’m a costumer for life! xoxo…
