Customer service isn’t there when it…
Customer service isn’t there when it comes to bad batch of hair. I’ve lost two clients due to this from foxy. I don’t feel they support me like they should. My clients were both using the correct aftercare and brushing using the correct extension brush. Both long term extension wearers so very experienced. Foxy basically said the batch isn’t bad it’s something my end that’s at fault which it can’t be as the nano ring silicone tip is coming away from the bond on the extension. The nano ring along with the nano silicone tip is still in there which shows it’s faulty! Very sad about this and such a shame as I have been using foxy for years but can’t risk it again so won’t be ordering anymore hair from them.

in response to your response, correct Aftercare was used my client had purchased this herself from your website. Not once did you say in your emails this was down to incorrect aftercare! I’ve been teaching hair extensions for 17 years and applying for 20 years there is no way I’d send hair back where the correct aftercare wasn’t used, that would be embarrassing as it’s obvious to why they would of been faulty.

Im so sorry to hear this! When my team assisted you with your clients issues it was found that the correct products were not purchased. The importance of using the correct products is something we cannot highlight enough. Incorrect product use can cause the extension bond to breakdown and therefore the nano bond comes loose. The only way to fix this once it occurs is to re-apply the bond with a ring or tube. We cant deem a product to be faulty in cases where the aftercare products used have caused the bond to breakdown. We are really sorry that you were disappointed that we couldn't assist further in this instance .

AVOID!!
I placed my order for extensions on January 7th, and I still haven’t received them. I emailed the Customer Service department a few times to inquire about tracking numbers and when to expect my order, to which they promptly replied that due to a glitch or something with the courier, they had no ETA of when I would receive my extensions. That was two weeks ago, and I still have not received my order, nor is there any information available in the courier’s website. Well, I’ve been waiting now for close to a month, and two days ago, emailed Foxy, requesting a refund as I have no idea when or even if I’m going to get my order. And guess what? Radio silence. I spent a good amount of money on hair that I am doubtful I will ever receive. So to anyone contemplating purchasing from Foxy Hair Extensions, BEWARE. I can’t comment on the quality of the hair, because, again, I never received it.

I'm really sorry to hear of the delay in your parcel delivery. I can see that our customer service team have been in constant contact with you in regards to the delivery status of your order. Your order was placed on 8th January after order cut off point and dispatched by us on 9th January. Unfortunately whilst in the hands of Royal Mail, delivery of all international parcels was halted due to a security issue. This is really unfortunate and frustrating as it has impacted all international deliveries and nothing could leave the UK for a period of time. I can see that your parcel is now moving again and on its way to you. I appreciate how frustrating this is for you. Once you have received your order if you no longer wish to keep the item I am more than happy to cover the cost of your postage back to us and we will issue you with a full refund. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused and I will drop you an Email now with instructions on how to send the parcel back to us once you have it in your possession.

Bought foxy hair, 5 pks and 3 x pls are faulty, yet customer service are trying to blame the way they where put in. NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT.
THEY ARE FAULTY ,and you should either refund or send replacements, shocking customer services, doesn't put the customer first just blames the customer. TOP TIP IN SALES THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
You should have better customer service, or learn more about the products you sell.

Hi Rebecca, i'm really sorry to hear this. Our hair wefts are supplied in 60g packs so you can build up the desired thickness and colour blend as required. Typically 2-4 bags are required for a full head look.

Sent s picture of my hair for a colour match, quick response and it was recommended I order a test strand, however, I was reluctant to pay £5.99 delivery for a 99p test strand. I took the plunge and ordered the recommended colour and they are amazing! A perfect match!

Won’t give you a refund. The hair is thin and wispy not good quality for how much they charge. Avoid using these if you can.

Im sorry you felt disappointed in the product you purchased from us. As advertised, the 60g clip in set is designed to add volume and its advised that this set is to be cut to the length of the natural hair in order to provide extra thickness. If its length you require from the extensions then you would need 2-4 packs depending on your natural hairs density.
