Ordered and there was an issue with the delivery of my package. I contacted customer support they were quick to respond. After explaining the situation they are re-sending the order. Things happen. I am happy to say this is a company that does right by its customers.

Ordert week ago with fast shipping but is still nog dispatcht

Ordered a week ago paying for 24 hour delivery in the UK and quickly got a delivery reference but for days sat all week as Royal Mail still to receive. I wanted to be hopeful the bad reviews on here were not accurate or the norm but worried now is this company legit?

If things change and I do receive the product I’ll change this review to one of the product. But as I say, low hope at the moment.

Have also emailed the company and no reply.

I haven’t played yet but the cards look really fun and the customer support was amazing when there was a problem with my package.

The customer support alone is by far outstanding! Same day replies, excellent service, and highly appreciated team. I highly recommend their products and customer support!!

Genuinely not that crazy if you are already adventurous ... a bit of fun nonetheless, will still give 2.0 a try to see if that one is any better. Great concept though.

My order was stolen from my mailbox but they quickly sent me a replacement. I’m happy with their quick support service and the games received.

Bought my boyfriend 2.0 for Christmas and we had so much fun playing! Received this on time and the game is great quality definitely worth playing :)

Fairly certain they didn’t dispatch my game. I first ordered on the 14th December hoping to receive for Christmas. It was ‘dispatched’ on the 16th.

I contacted them on the 19th when tracking hadn’t changed at all (it said “we’re expecting it”). I voiced my concerns about it not arriving in time for Christmas and they replied on the 20th reassuring me it would arrive. I followed up on the 23rd saying it clearly wasn’t going to arrive (tracking still said the same) and asked for a refund. The reply ignored my request and told me there must have been a barcode issue as my item hadn’t been scanned since leaving their fulfilment centre (would this not have been the case days before?) and my order would be reprocessed immediately. They claimed my original tracking was still applicable to this new shipment.

I contacted them again on the 6th January after the Holiday period as the tracking still hadn’t updated. They told me the same thing again, barcode issue, order would be re-processed and in a few days the tracking should be updated.

I’ve now opened a case with PayPal as the tracking still says the same thing. I don’t think it ever even left their fulfilment centre as I’m fairly certain you can’t just re-use postage labels and it’s just felt like a stall for time. PayPal have said if I don’t get a response by the 31st they’ll intervene so I’m waiting for that. I’ve also had other packages dispatched from Canada that have arrived ages ago, so it clearly isn’t a delivery problem that’s somehow happened 3 times.

Update 27/01/2025 -
The tracking finally updated last Wednesday to say Royal Mail had received it and it was delivered last Thursday. The company then immediately updated the PayPal dispute I opened with the tracking information to have it closed. Pretty sure they didn’t dispatch until last Wednesday, over a month after I ordered, feels like too much of a coincidence to me.

The games are great and I am happy with the customer support feedback. However, they should've been aware of Canada post's strike and use an alternate courier.

Great game, delivered quicker than eta stated. Surprised my gf for our 1st anniversary and had one hell of an anniversary it was!
We love the concept and the fact the game is playable more than once with all the freak or drink dares which showed me she’s even naughtier than I thought!
We need a Freak or Drink 3 now pls haha
Definitely recommend to any couples that may find it difficult to discuss sexual topics in the bedroom as this removed any awkwardness for us both. We either did the dare or drank so we both found out more of how freaky we are and no one had to explicitly bring up anything as it was all on the cards. Just bought IOU Quickies which seems really hot too so can’t wait to try those out

99% sure this is a fake or illigitimate company. I have seen some screenshots of people with "The box" of the game, but never any actual cards in hand.

I ordered over a month ago and I got their boxed reply "We noticed a large number of orders was lost by the shipper." BS. The same thing can't happen with every single order. The shipping website is a sketchy EU site (despite listing themselves as having shipping warehouses in the US) but is legit enough since I've had plenty other things shipped through 17track.

If it is a legit company, the Customer service "team" is one person who is in way over their heads. The idea is fantastic and has potential to be a fun product, if it were real.

Do not buy from this company. Either they figure their stuff out and maybe a year or 2 later are legit or get outted as a scam. Either way, save your time and hassle.

After leaving a poor review, the CS team message me the next day to address the issues. They shipped out a new package with express shipping which included the entire collection, not just my order. It arrived in a couple days and has been great so far. I'm really thankful that they kept addressing the problems.

The company itself is doing its best to get off the ground and provide for their customers, but they're certainly facing a lot of setbacks.

I would highly recommend to the seller to consolidate their shipping options and only provide tracked shipping, at least for a while. The logistical issues they are having with their delivery service might destroy the company. they're working much harder than they should to fix the mess of all the lost packages.

My order was lost during Black Friday but the customer support team took quick action and resent a replacement. Order was received in a timely manner and was in discrete packaging as advertised. I am happy with their services

This is not a review, but a response to the reply left on my previous review. It clearly demonstrates that this is not a legitimate or respectable company—not only based on the volume of negative reviews but also the way this ‘business’ chooses to address genuine complaints.

Using phrases like, “Like all businesses we also close over Christmas to allow our staff to have a life” is highly unprofessional. If your business is closed over Christmas, then you should not allow orders to be placed on your website, especially with the option for next-day delivery.

Additionally, leaving replies that include the word “CLEARLY” in capital letters is both unprofessional and unnecessary. It comes across as condescending and dismissive of customers’ concerns.

Your tone is condescending and, frankly, rude.

I wish Trustpilot allowed screenshots so I could share:
• The TikTok messages I sent, which were ignored
• The countless emails I sent with no response
• A screenshot of my purchase status, which still shows as “being prepared” with an order date of the 20th December.

This company’s conduct is unacceptable and needs to be reported.

I am more than happy to waste more of my time, and email again for it to only be ignored. But it would be helpful if you replied to my emails which were sent spanning the dates 21st December - 3rd January!

SCAM….this company is ripping people off. Don't buy. Report them if you have not!

I ordered a card set on December 30 and received an email with a tracking number. However, the package link takes me to a site written in German, and the package hasn’t yet been shipped, only “parcel created.” I emailed and got a response with the same info I already had. 4 days later the package hasn’t moved. And now, of course, no response to my emails. Letting my credit card company take it up, but it’s insane how far scammers will go to rip people off. And warn others!

ik heb hier rond 24 november een spel besteld als kerstcadeau. na bijna 2 weken wachten had ik nog steeds niks ontvangen. hierover heb ik toen gemaild, en toen bleek de barcode niet gescand te kunnen worden. hierna zouden ze opnieuw het spel versturen. weer meer dan een week later had ik niks ontvangen. toen ik deze keer mailde bleek het pakket kwijtgeraakt te zijn. wederom zouden ze een nieuw spel opsturen. toen zag ik na een week eindelijk iets veranderen in de status van mijn pakket. weer een week later had ik het binnen, na kerst dus inmiddels... heb het spel nog niet gespeeld. het zal vast leuk zijn maar ik zou het niemand adviseren hier iets te kopen als je geen zin hebt om achter je pakket aan te moeten gaan, keer op keer.

Package was stolen off our porch, along with a few others. And they replaced the bundle for free! Absolutely unheard of response from a company and I'm just stunned! I can't wait to get my games and play them with partners~ so very happy with the service.

Mijn bestelling ging 3 tot 6 dagen duren voor er een tracking code was. Na 14 dagen nog steeds geen tracking code en ook geen correcte info van de verkoper.

This is yet another experience that makes me remember to always use PayPal when ordering online. The site looked legit. But I’ve been waiting on an order that doesn’t seem like it’s ever going to get here. I’m at the end of week 3 and no order. Tried contacting the email address and didn’t even get a reply. At least with PayPal you can submit a refund and get your full money back while they handle the scam sites. Trust me, do not buy from this site. The 2 star total rating and all the negative reviews should be enough to convince you to look elsewhere.
