Went above and beyond to make good an issue with shipping
Experienced an issue with delayed shipping. Item was sent back to freestylextreme due to receiving country not accepting size of item. After discussing issue with freestylextreme team, they were extremely apologetic and offered a generous gift as an apology. I have never experienced such genuine care for the customer that the freestylextreme team provided. They were excellent. Thank you freestylextreme

Réponse de FreestyleXtreme Australia
Many thanks for your great review Jack, there is a faster shipping option but it would be a bit expensive for two t-shirts.
I see you received it in 8 days with standard shipping from the UK which was actually within the delivery time allowed :-)
Kind regards,
Karen
