Total scam company. I paid for priority service that didn't happen, The results came inconclusive. They should either give me the money back or send me a new test free of charge, not just direct me to a sexual clinic. "edit"= Glad they read my review and they have sent me a new test. Will Edit once results are back from the new test with 5/6 stars

Having access to free screening like this is so important, and the service is convenient and easy to use. I would encourage anyone to use it. HIV is not just something that happens to someone else, it’s very real. I only have to imagine having to tell someone that I have put them at risk to realise that it is mature to be concerned and responsible for my own sexual health.

Box was very small, compact and pretty easy to do. The only trouble is the blood test. I had the 3 lancets and trying to give blood first thing in the morning after not eating or drinking anything wasn’t wise. A small note recommending you eat and drink something before giving the blood samples would decrease the discomfort of an already intimidating test. Also the method of getting blood into the container is a little difficult but adding a funnel would just lose blood as it dried running down.

I found this process simple, straightforward, well thought out. Well done
