Quick and easy especially for me as a professional andccan't always fit time in to visit a clinic or GP. I expect this service would be just as handy for a busy student.

I was unable to produce anything like enough blood for that sample so gave up. Leaking blood all over the place was really messy. I don't have a problem with needles the drops simply refused to fall into the tube and it was too much to collect. Maybe a thumb is better.
The system in general works well and would probably be easier next time,eg getting the box packing right.

Great service that was simple to use throughout. Ordering the kit was easy and the kit came in discreet packaging. Instructions were easy, and received the results back only 3 days after I posted it. They also send SMS reminders to do the test which I found useful, and their website gives a detailed overview of the test results.
Only feedback I’d give is the lancets for blood testing seemed to use slightly larger needles than I’ve had on lancets before, which resulted in some bruising and discomfort for a few days on the fingers they were used on. Only other feedback would be to provide a pipette to transfer the urine sample to the test tube to avoid potential mess! But not the end of the world and better to cut down on plastic if possible I guess.
