Fridja Avis 

I know how popular this juicer is n yes, it is a very good slow juicer, however, my experience has not been great, mostly due to the fact that whilst it handles vegetables n fruits very well, if you wanna use fibrous fruits, especially ginger or pineapple, this juicer doesn't cope very well at all, I see it as a mechanism issue in the design.

For me it begs the question, with both these foods being very popular to juice, especially ginger n if like me I juice ginger daily, why design a juicer that cannot handle fibrous produce, according to there CS they say 'it's in the manual'!, which means ya have to purchase the unit before ya find out!.

Personally, I think buyers may wanna know about this before they buy a Fridja, this way people can make a better decision n ask themselves, is this juicer right for me, bearing in mind it's not cheap.

My previous juicer was a Philips Centrifugal Heavy Juicer HR1861 an excellent juicer in its day n had no issues handling fibrous fruits.

However, I may have found a small solution to combat this fibrous problem, first let me say unequivocally, if you follow the explanation below, it is at your own responsibility n I am just explaining what I do, this is NOT a recommendation or what ya SHOULD do.

I freeze n then grate the ginger, pineapple n even soft fruits, I use green leaves in most of my juices then I wrap the grated foods in the leaves, spinach is my favourite, then I pop it into the juicer, today [08 August 2024] is the first time of doing this n it worked fine, I didn't have a battle removing any fibrous strands n cleaning the juicer was a lot quicker than previously.

Originally I scored this review 2⭐'s, I have come back to edit n although I stand by what I say about the juicer which I score 3⭐'s, I have now upgraded n scored Fridja 4⭐'s n this is due to their Customer Service Team, especially Joanne, Joanne has been like lightening in responding to my emails, I am very impressed n due to Joanna's polite, professional, efficient n friendly approach of the situation, I feel there worth 4⭐'s n a thank you happy customer experiance.

I absolutely love my handheld steamer, it's well designed and works a treat - much easier and quicker than ironing most items in my wardrobe. After not using my device for around 9 months I was surprised to find that it had stopped working, or at least it was heating up but steam wasn't coming out. It was out of warranty but I thought I'd get in touch to see if Fridja had any suggestions. I got a same day response with some good ideas of things to try out, and when they didn't work, Fridges suggested I send it to them for a closer look. They didn't promise anything but as it turns out they were able to unblock the water tube and get it working again, all for no charge. Superb communication and support, I'm a very happy customer and would recommend their products to everyone.

I emailed Fridja this morning about a broken part on my juicer and I had a reply very quickly.After forwarding a photograph I was offered a replacement. Joanne dealt with my problem promptly and efficiently,so I’m very pleased with the outcome and the friendly response

I purchased a f10 Handheld Clothes Steamer. When I went to use it for the first time, it didn't work at all and promptly fell apart. I asked the manufacturer for a refund but, because I had purchased the steamer more than 30 days earlier, they insisted that they would only repair it upon return (at my own expense). Now that I have the repaired steamer, it is at least working but I find the steam quantity inadequate. Based on my experience, there are better quality handheld steamers on the market.

Bought the whole fruit juicer from Amazon , worked perfectly for 9 months then stopped. I contacted Fridja directly for help and they got back to me within 10minutes!! With help, and it turned out to be something as simple as changing the Fuse! Fantastic customer service from Matt! Highly recommend

Bought a f1900 masticating juicer and lovely it! A problem arose due to the auger getting stuck and that night I contacted customer service via email. They replied the next day despite it being a Sunday and suggested steps to remedy it. I had to contact them again shortly after and got an immediate reply. I fixed the juicer easily and am delighted with the machine and the customer service.

I was really impressed with the Live Chat on their website. I spoke to a REAL person and they helped me pick my steamer. A month later, and I’m super happy with my choice. It’s a really nice steamer that gets the job done with ease. It’s also really pretty! Highly recommended.

We bought a Fridja steamer but on opening the box found that one of the parts was broken. I filled in the contact form on their web site, got a reply within 10 minutes, and a replacement part was in the post the same day. I can't comment on the steamer yet, but customer service has been first class.

I recently bought the Clothes Steamer Pro in off white, and it has met my expectations. It’s easy to use, heats up quickly, and the steam quality is impressive. The construction feels solid and durable. Lightweight and practical, it fits well in my laundry room. Overall, a reliable steamer that gets the job done.

Queried whether a missing accessory for the hand-held steamer was included or not. Received a reply within literally minutes. Inadvertently missed out when boxing up, so has been remitted separately. A further query regarding whether the unit could be used overseas was also answered almost immediately. Very impressed.

A problem with a missing accessory was promptly sorted out. Probably within an hour of my contacting the company. Very quick and efficient customer service.

Brilliant customer service! Had a missing accessory in the ordered item. Contacted chat-support, no bot-talking nonsense, got directly to human assistant. In 2 minutes I got a tracking number for my missing part.

I wear a suit daily for work and have tried many clothes steamers. This one is my favourite. It’s well-constructed, sturdy, and has a screw-in pole, making it easy to move. If you’ve used steamers where the pole pulls out easily, you’ll appreciate this design.

I highly recommend it; it’s the best I’ve used. I hope it lasts a long time because my first impressions are excellent.

I love my Fridja f1900 and was really disappointed when it stopped working, I contacted customer services and they were great in helping me out as I hadn’t put the lid on properly so as a safety feature it won’t work without the lid being placed in it’s correct position…happy days all fixed and I’m juicing happy again 💕

Haven't yet followed the recipe advice given but they were very helpful with the info - so will try out the nut milk recipe and get back to you!!!
