Excellent delivery from friendly team. The Furl team of two came early…
The Furl team of two came early morning, which was great on a very hot day. They unloaded, relocated and assembled the sofa bed in short order , and explained the workings very clearly. A very impressive delivery which ticked all the boxes.

Highly recommend the quality and excellent service
We are extremelly pleased with the quality of the Furl products we have recently purchased. While they have been only recently delivered, the quality seems excellent and we have enjoyed our bed thus far. The storage capacity is certainly very useful and the mechanisms are clever and work well.
The service has been outstanding. The Furl staff have been very friendly, responsive and acommodating. They brought forward the delivery date of our bed for us, which decreased the number of days we spent sleeping in a deflating air mattress. The driver, who delivered a bed by himself to accommodate our request was very pleasant, professional and helpful.
In short, we are very pleased with the design and quality of the items purchased and very impressed with the support thus far, including the excellent delivery staff.

Ordered a Duette sofabed which was delivered yesterday. The whole experience was fantastic, from 2 visits to the showroom with brilliant advice on room layout, styles and fabrics from talented MJ, to arranging the delivery with the lovely Aimee, to the two smashing, highly knowledgeable and super-helpful guys (so sorry can't remember names) who turned up to assemble the sofabed and demonstrate how it operates. Delighted with the product but it is the staff at all levels who really make Furl a cut above. Thank you!

I first purchased a Storage Bed from…
I first purchased a Storage Bed from Furl (formally The Storage Bed Company) in April 2010.
Subsequently, my family have purchased a total of 7 beds from Furl, including a 2 x Single, 1 x Queen, 2 x Double and 2 x King bed sizes.
The additional storage space gained is invaluable, and we would be lost without them.
The build quality is superb, and the ability to upgrade the bed (change the fabrics, if you choose removable covers) means that the beds are incredibly versatile and go the distance, if you move home or choose to redecorate.
Our latest order from Furl, was actually to upgrade an existing single bed (purchased in 2015) including new removable fabrics and integrated headboard. The bed in question had been in France and we shipped it back for our 3 year old son as he was moving from a toddler bed to a big boy bed.
During transit, the removal company (somehow) managed to damage two of the castor brackets. None of this was a problem, and Furl replaced the damaged parts free of charge when they came to fit the new fabrics and integrated headboard.
In summary, they are in my opinion, the best beds in the world. Customer Service is outstanding - nothing is too difficult or too much of a problem from start to finish.
Our next purchase will be a Furl Sofa Bed, again they are in a league of one.

I ordered my bed in April 2021 and the order is still not completed - I am missing an accessory, which was a decisive factor in us choosing Furl over other providers. I have received no responses to my last few emails, I have not perceived any care or effort in trying to make me feel like this is being looked into, or any acknowledgement that it is disappointing or even an issue at all. Is this normal practice? I don't think so.
The bed took a few months to be delivered (understandably with covid), then arrived with a section that was the wrong size. It got replaced in a matter of weeks.
Other than this, the bed is good quality. I just think that when paying a premium (nearly 3k), you expect top quality AND SERVICE.
Overall, disappointed. I don't feel like a valued customer.

What a disappointment
What a disappointment! I have ordered a bed a year ago. The delivery was late but with covid I want to be flexible on this. On the delivery day they called me to say the mattress fell in the road and they delivered me a dirty mattress. They did order a new one, but for a month I had a dirty one. They fitted the bed and the bed board was damaged, waited months for the replacement.
Then I found out that the mirage bed is not suitable for thick carpets(no reference on the website) and now I have a none functional bed still waiting for a solution.
Not helpful, product is a dissapointment, the company just don’t know how to treat customers. What they are good at is taking your money, then ignoring your calls!

Cambio Medium 3 Seater sofabed
We ordered the Cambio Medium 3 Seater sofa bed at the end of May and it arrived end of August, pretty much in line with the estimated delivery date. We are very happy with it - it's really comfortable and it's so beautiful! We were able to visit the show pod in Nottingham and the advice and information we received really helped our decision making. Delivery was faultless - Paul was professional, polite and explained everything clearly.
Beautiful sofa bed
Beautiful sofa bed. Pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. A sofa that is as good to sit on as it is to sleep on. Actually more comfortable than our proper bed. Great service, yes there was a long lead time but they let us know when ordering and we were fine with that.

I ordered a bed and headboard in September and specifically asked for a realistic timescale as it is for an Interiors project. Furl promised to have the items delivered before Christmas. It is now mid January and haven’t received it yet, I have a client sleeping on a mattress on the floor and Furl refuses to provide even an estimated delivery date. I still cannot comment on the quality of the items but I wouldn’t recommend this company so far

I have ordered an Illusion bed and I am totally happy with my purchase! Design and quality are super! A lot of storage space, you will not expect that from a slim bed, but it is! My room definitely look more tidy.
Service is great, you do not feel pushed to order.
You can select fabric from a wide colour palette and textures.
Delivery was on time. Bed was assembled fast by friendly delivery team in my room. They took away all packaging.
Wholeheartedly recommend this company and product, you can not go wrong.

Illusion Storage Bed
Bought an Ottoman bed from Furl in the summer and very pleased. Delivery was on time and the installer was pleasant, very efficient and tidy. The bed feels like it will last a long time and looks great. The storage space is a real boon - though the internal ridge around the base won't take a lot of weight (though it's not intended to either) so be aware if climbing in to get at something. Overall heartily recommend.
