I honestly did not expect my finance company to be one of the best parts of my journey! From the very beginning, before I signed any contracts, I had an accurate quote of my loan amount and monthly payment. I am a natural skeptic and this was very important to me! I had the direct cell number to MY Future Family rep, Curtis. Curtis explained the process, the contract, and the benefits of Future Family so eloquently. He walked me through my portal, how to pay my providers, and how to make my monthly payments. Any time I have a question or concerns I call or text Curtis. As an infertility patient I have grown accustom to waiting days and days to hear back from providers. But Curtis picks up the phone every single time I call. He has responded to my messages within minutes. At one point I was waiting and waiting and worrying and worrying about a refund. I finally called Curtis and asked for his help. He told me he would get someone on it right away. The relief I felt to know I had someone working for me personally was so meaningful! My refund hit two days later. We have had such pleasant conversations and I just love talking with him. He is always rooting for me. In this emotionally complicated time I am so grateful to have peace of mind with Future Family.

Curtis is excellent to work with! He made the process of understanding the loan terms, the benefits of using future family, and accepting the loan a seamless process. He even set up my loan on a holiday when I found out last minute we needed the money the next day.

I recommend prosper. I reached financially hardship and emailed them help for 1 month. Prosper gave me a whole year to cut my bill in half with no penalty or extra interest.
Future family has not responded to me in 2 months they don’t even have a phone.
If you are having technical problems as well they blame you, they won’t even bother to make a solution. They really don’t help.
They are rude me and my clinic.

I just wanted to share how great our experience was with Future Family. From the start Matt made the process very easy and clear to understand everything. Rachel was a true blessing along the way with continuous follow ups and answering any questions that may have arose about my health and care. I am happy to say we are currently pregnant with our first child from using IVF after 3 years of unexplained infertility. Curtis was extremely helpful in the process for financing. We began the process with him and then made a pivot to make an initial payment out of pocket instead of financing because that was best for our family. When we had to go for a second round and needed the financing for sure this time Curtis was still there to help and was extremely responsive and helpful getting all of our questions answered. Appreciate his patience and definitely feel like he’s someone that’s got your best interest. Not just pushing you into a loan you might not need.

I was referred to Future Family by my…
I was referred to Future Family by my fertility specialist at the start of my IVF journey. I wasn’t sure what the fertility coaching program entailed, but when I learned more from one of the Future Family reps I immediately signed up. The IVF process can feel incredibly overwhelming to go through the first time. Time spent with the fertility specialist at appointments is so brief it’s difficult to ask all the questions. The availability of staff to answer questions after appointments is also limited which can add to feelings of anxiety and uncertainty. Having a fertility coach to text or call on most days/times with any questions or concerns that arise has been incredibly helpful for me, to say the least. I feel so lucky I got matched with Jen. She helped explain the whole IVF process in detail (not just what to expect with the meds calendar but how I could expect to feel at each step), has been available to answer any questions, coached me through the injection process, has checked in on me and has been an overall saving grace for me. It’s an extremely small cost for something that can provide a great ease of mind. I would highly recommend.
