This was my second time working with her and I could not recommend this service her working with her enough. I was given a deadline to pay for some fertility medication from my fertility clinic. I found out my original loan was closed because it was past the 120 days so I had to reapply! Curtis got ahold of my situation and went far and beyond on his day off to make sure I was approved for funding and able to pay for these fertility medication by Mon. He saved the day and was so kind and communicative!!! I give him a 10 out of 10 for service and being a great person to work with!!!

Meeting Rachel towards the end of this long, challenging road made all the difference. She went above and beyond in every way, bringing kindness, empathy, and unwavering support to a time in my life that often felt overwhelming and isolating.
Before connecting with Future Family, I struggled with the lack of information and support from my clinic, often feeling lost, alone, and scared. Rachel stepped in and immediately made herself available, offering honest answers and comfort when I needed it most. Infertility treatments can feel like a journey without an end, and for me, Rachel became that light at the end of the tunnel. Made the detrimental mistake of using Future Family to fund extending my family. They were fine at first but after getting a poor diagnosis that took me out of work and put me on disability I fell behind. Then these past few weeks I've have struggled because of Hurricane Milton and Helene. When I asked if there is any hardship program so I could catch up they simply said "Thank you for reaching out! You can certainly make your payment late, though we cannot prevent any potential impact on your credit score." Why even try to pay them back at this point. Good luck suing me when I'm on disability. Stay far away from them as they have absolutely ZERO compassion. Btw Im less than a month behind on my payment and have busted my hump to keep up as much as I did. Now I'm done. Save yourself the pain and use a company that is willing to help in trying times to customers that are current and make their payments. Literally any other company would have some payment plan or hardship program.
This is their reply to me after saying they want to make it right, mind you there have been 2 back-to-back hurricanes less than 2 weeks apart…
“ We are going to begin reporting payment history to the credit bureaus as early as this week. Payment delinquencies generally will decrease your credit score:
- At 30 days past due, your credit score could decrease by 20 to 50 points
- At 60 days past due, your credit score could further decrease by 60 to 100 points
Your credit score could further decrease at 90 days past due and again at 120 days past due, after which it will go to Collections.
The quickest way to resolve this is to log into your dashboard and make your payment today. Please reply with how you intend to resolve this or to discuss your options.

Please be aware this is company is predatory and I’m investigating legal proceedings against them. Please go to BBB and look at the reviews. They will give you funds easily but when you send cheque payments they ignore you and they don’t accept the payment. I have made the decision to take them to court because they don’t follow protocol, they don’t communicate, they don’t accept payments that you send. They legally cannot place any marks on credit files because of this, they are very deceitful and they don’t care about the clients. A nasty company that is going to get into a lot of trouble, it’s only a matter of time. If anyone is thinking about getting a loan from them think again! They are con artists. My previous complaint on here was replied to. They said someone would call me and over 5-6 weeks later I’m still waiting from the time I made the first complaint. Remember when you get a loan from a company, it’s not getting the loan that matters it’s how they manage your loan which is the longest part of the customer journey. Once you’re in hardship and can’t pay or choose to pay via cheque they discriminate against you.

They don't respond for weeks at a time, they keep increasing my principal loan balance amount even though I pay 3x the monthly amount owed. They are sketchy, and have terrible record keeping / dashbaord interface. I do not trust them at all. They made a stressful situation even more stressful.
UPDATE - they replied to me in Trust Pilot that they "want to make it right" but won't respond to my emails (they don't even have a phone line).
