Do not purchase anything from this business horrible customer service .sell faulty products and then will not give you your money back,even tried to blame me for the faults that were on there when I bought it .the manager very abusive and intimidating would advise not to purchase anything from this shop

Hello Mrs Stather. Following your feedback we have investigated your complaint internally. Our view on the situation was that you came into the shop and were immediately aggressive and abusive to our staff and then also to the manager when he came down to try and help. We appreciate that there was a fault with the laptop's webcam and the repair job was booked in incorrectly - for this we apologise. We have a new booking system, which caused the oversight and has now been rectified. We appreciate that this was an inconvenience but our approach is always to try and help find a solution. When our staff are met with aggressive behaviour it is hard to have a civilised discussion. You were given a full refund at the time of your complaint and we hope that this has resolved the situation. Thank you.
Fantastic service
I ordered incorrect laptop computer power lead from here. Sent it back with a request for the correct replacement. Got a phone call to verify what was required and they sent the replacement without charging me the additional postage ! Fantastic firm will use them again.

Honestly this is the first company I have dealt with in a long time where I truly believe the customer come first. I am not one for reviews normally however, FYL have gone above and beyond the call of duty with me!

Highly recommended. Fast delivery well packed goods. AND WHEN YOU CALL - NO PHONE COMPUTER SYSTEM, NO COVID EXCUSES, NO CALL CENTER FROM ABROAD. Great website, let down by courier.
Website was straightforward to use and provided detailed specs and pricing.
Ordering was straightforward and appeared to be well resources with many good reviews.
Unfortunately due to a courier issue my parcel was never collected from the retailer so didn't turn up as anticipated. I contacted through messenger as well as website and the missed collection was quickly resolved and a refund issued (I needed the computer at short notice as as it wasn't delivered ended up going to a store - much to my disappointment)
Really impressed with FYL, shame they got let down by their courier.

Hi Jason, thanks for your review. It is a very rare occurrence but we were snowed in that day and the courier couldn't get through! They're normally very reliable but that day the Yorkshire snow won. Glad you got sorted in the end and you know where we are if you need any laptops in the future.
