Charlie was extremely helpful - will certainly recommend them to my friends and family - although it was my family who recommended Charlie too me - but we are a big family!

Ordered Tijuana Rattan furniture a couple of years ago and received excellent service. The table, chairs, cushions and parasol are of a high quality. Just extended our patio, so contacted them for advice on a sofa set that would match. Again, the customer service has been brilliant. Charlie was very helpful, recommending a set, ensuring I got what I was looking for. Would highly recommend this company.

Fast, efficient service even during lock down and received order within less than 7 days delivered to area of my choice. Just waiting on the parasol. Lovely quality grey rattan 4 piece table and chairs. Very comfortable cushions for back and bottom. Charlie the sales guy appeared friendly and trustworthy. Would give 5 stars if parasol had arrived at the same time but hoping it will arrive next week.

Purchased some outdoor armchairs, great selection and first class service, fast delivery times given a lot of outdoor furniture can take 10 weeks to deliver, got mine in a week. I would highly recommend GF4U

Brilliant service under very difficult Covid conditions. Charlie managed to arrange the purchase of a large garden umbrella for us to ship to Jersey, not a simple task at the best of times so real feat at the moment. Friendly updates kept us well informed throughout with a successful delivery well within our time frame.

do not buy from here ordered 4000 worth of furniture in may lying about when it was coming each time i rang , cancelled my order asked for a refund which they said was going to take around 5 days, 2 weeks later nothing. rang again was told we had been refunded which we had not and now i cannot get through to nobody. now seeking legal action

Ordered conservatory furniture from this company and were very happy with the service on the day. It took 9 weeks to arrive when told it would take 4. No communication from the company to advise of any delay. Furniture developed a fault. It has taken almost 17 weeks to have the chair replaced with only one call received the week prior to delivery. Furniture is good quality.

Superb furniture!!!

Tried to order an egg chair but failing with no reason so phoned the company and was told they were sold out, this happens but the sales agent although not rude was not good, I tried another company WillowBay4u which is the same company got the same man not rude but not what I would call friendly or apologetic.
Ordered one in the end from Hayes Garden World and it was superb.
Companies should keep on top of their sites had at the time of ordering it said out of stock that would be fine but no such luck I had to make two phone calls to find out no stock on any egg chairs despite them all being shown available.

I do not normally leave reviews but feel that the service given from Charlie and his team deserves credit. We had looked through all the local garden centres and online but could either not see the outdoor furniture we liked or were not sure of the company. It was only by chance that we seen we were near the Gardenfurniture4u store (google maps) that we visited the Larbert store. Charlie was very helpful and informative but not pushy in the slightest. The cost of the furniture and the delivery were by far cheaper than any of the other stores (including online) and the quality is vastly superior. Delivery was very quick and was also rearranged for that day by Charlie due to my mistake on timings! I hope that this review will encourage others to visit the Larbert store to see for themselves the range on offer and to experience the highly commendable service that we received.

We are very happy with the conservatory furniture and garden bench we bought - which were excellent value and were delivered to our house immediately. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

When ordering the furniture at the beg of June, the website stated delivery within 4-5 days. I chased by email 4 times with no response, so phoned and waited 30 mins before being informed that my furniture would be delivered the following Thursday (4 weeks from order date). Thursday came and went, so I emailed them with no response, finally managed to get hold of them on 16th July, they informed me the furniture was no longer in stock and my order had been cancelled, and a refund would be sent to me. They had my money for over a month! - Not a happy person!

Great company, very helpful with getting me the perfect size item. Will come back.

I ordered parasol base and cover from willowbay4u.co.uk. I noticed that the Trustpilot link shown on that website also covers gardenfurniture4u.co.uk which made me tentative. So I called willowbay the day after the order to confirm the order and delivery, I was told they check stock levels and then confirm delivery within 24hrs, which made me even more concerned. Got a refund from PayPal today (48hrs later). Be aware that they sell stock which they do not have, this would not be an issue as long as they can source the product, which in my case they couldn’t. I think they should be upfront about that and not take your money until they are sure they have the product. Moreover, a call or an email would have been appreciated, I simply received the PayPal refund.

Great service from start to finish. After speaking with Charlie over the phone I ordered my 4 Seasons outdoor Sunbed. It was delivered quicker than expected also. Will 100% use again.

After visiting Gardenfurniture4u, I saw a great bench set and wanted to order it. Charlie advised that the stock was low but would do what he could and made the purchase online and to make it better, it arrived in only 2 days after I ordered It at a Get price too.
