Garden Timber Online Avis 

I placed an order on 10th July - order still not received on 28th August and they can’t tell me when it will be delivered. Different excuse each week. I wish I had read all the reviews before I placed the order.

Avoid this company. I ordered on 6th June and almost 3 months later had to go through my credit card company just to get my money back. The company director/manager Anthony point blank lied to me on several occasions I even got to the point I recorded the conversation and let him know and he still fed me lies. Promised delivery dates were just nonsense. Every time I asked for my money back it was dismissed. Staff are rude on the phone and do not have the stock. Please save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with this terrible company. Massive scam.

Do not order from this company possibly a scam waiting for my money back after waiting over a month for my planter they keep putting back delivery and no communication from them hours of phone calls later still waiting for my money back

I ordered 2 6ftx6ft timber trellis on the 25th of July, with the expected delivery date of between 9th and 12th of August
No updates so I contacted them they told me there is a delay due to staff annual leave and it will get delivered this week and to look out for emails confirmation for delivery time slot still haven’t received anything so will be contacting yet again, I wish I seen these reviews before purchasing, I wouldn’t of touched them, really hoping I get my order as reading some of these reviews they don’t refund, which is theft! Think trading standards need a call

I ordered a wooden trellis planter on July 9th. Was told delivery would be on 21st July. Poor communication from the company, no updates. Said their emails had bounced back but didn't think to update by phone and let me know what was going on. I phoned several times to chase. Despite staff promising to phone back with an update that day - no updates received. I advised I would cancel the order if they couldn't deliver by 19th August. Tbey cancelled but didn't bother to inform me. No acknowledgment of poor customer service. This company does not deliver on its promises. Very disappointing.

You might get a delivery before Christmas, if you order in the sparing...

paid £600 up front for timber battens' which never arrived ' they kept rolling the delivery dates further away ! gave them 6 weeks to deliver! no joy talking to them on the phone Either" shocking company do not use if your looking for Reliability!!!

As with other reviewers, I have just cancelled my order with this company. It's 6 weeks past the original delivery date. Kept being told it would be next week. Now they say it will be 7 business days before my refund will be issued, I won't hold my breath on that 1.
Hope people who read these reviews before buying from them. BEWARE

Ordered by phone a Summerglade Wooden Trellis Panel with Planter Product Code: 821. Customer Service advised the actual item from website photos and said it would take about 3 weeks. Phoned several times to check on progress and approx delivery date/time. Spoke to 3 different people. All helpful. Item arrived on date and time. Item exactly as photo - size, wood and looks well constructed. No complaints and would recommend. Suggest contact by phone.

I have had no trouble with my previous order. It's true the comunication could be better,but a quick phone call is all it takes to know how things are going.friendly people and no problems for me,i've ordered again . Charles Lord.

Where do you start? From start to finish this has been one disaster after another..Broken promises re delivery dates, calls in sales answered by the rudest person ever, even put the phone down on you. Continued calls and continued false promises even a call from someone called Paul offering a discount or code for money off for the fiasco which is my order..Then an email confirming delivery, arrangements made for my family to be here to help lift this into place in my garden. Imagine our shock and surprise to open our rear door to let our dog out and our order is sitting on our drive. No doorbell ring, no knock at the door and no note through the door. The product itself is of a high quality but is it really worth the stress and anxiety caused by dealing with this company- shocking customer service and poor commuication with your customers. It has been 42 days since i placed my original order and paid for it right away..

Nothing short of abysmal. Ordered 2 trellis panels on 8th April. No order confirmation sent, fortunately I had taken a screen shot of the order page. First panel arrives out of the blue 5 weeks later. Delivery driver just shrugs shoulders and walks off when queried on second panel. Repeatedly called them for updates and finally lost patience and phoned to cancel second panel, put it in writing and a week later the second panel turns up unannounced. Not a serious company.

Please do not order from this company, I’m not sure if they are a scam or real. I have taken days off my work to be there for my order, the most recent I was promised it was coming and surprise surprise no order again. I have been phoning, emailing and basically begging for my order or a refund, when I ask them to just give me a refund as I have lost faith in the order coming, they reply that they will refund me but they have no intention, so then I ask them to just send the order as you obviously won’t refund me. This company obviously doesn’t deliver or refund and that tells me enough. I am now doing what other people in the reviews are doing and going through my credit card company to try and get my money back.

Placed an order for garden fences; gave an estimated delivery window. One month on (delivery window missed), no dispatch notice no tracking number. Called and found out the item wasn’t actually in stock and they didn’t know when it would be in stock. They Still took payment. Requested the cancellation of order and refund 3 times. They said they would look into it. I’ve had to raise charge back dispute with my bank. I should have read the reviews here first - they advertise products which are in stock but they don’t actually have them, as it was in my case. I would avoid making any purchases from this company unless you want to risk significant delays, or receiving no delivery at all. Terrible customer service / experience.

Really poor company. Ordered my materials on the 27th March for delivery 8th-15th. Still not here today. No communication with what was happening with the order. They kept changing the date to the following week after week. I’ve had to cancel my order as I don’t trust them. Haven’t received my refund yet.

I ordered some slatted trellis planters and a gate on the 19th of March 26(Paid for in Full).Delivery was booked for the 1st of April which arrived minus the gate.No mention was made of a short delivery when delivery booked in, only when I phoned to chase was I informed of a delay to this gate.Since ordered another trellis planter to go with the still delayed gate.That was delivered and left by our drive with no contact to advise planter left. My wife phoned today to check when gate will arrive still no delivery date.Very poor customer service!!!Always having to ring to get updates obviously no order progress department.My wife phoned today to chase and ask ref email confirming extra discount and advised she might get a call tomorrw.They obviously dont give a shit about customer experience

Ordered 2 planters with trellis 2 days ago. We have recieved no confirmation email which is supposed to be automated, the money has been been taken from account. Have emailed for confirmation of order and delivery and had no response. We have screen shots of order confirmation.
