Payment Delayed Without Contractual Basis
I fulfilled my duties under a formal service agreement with Gastronomie France (Gastronomie France Asia) and submitted my final invoice as scheduled. However, payment has been delayed despite multiple follow-ups.
I was told the delay was due to pending returns of work-related items. While I’ve confirmed my willingness to return them, the contract does not tie compensation to equipment retrieval, nor does it require additional meetings post-engagement.
I’ve maintained email correspondence, as previously requested due to health concerns. While I appreciated the opportunity to contribute, I believe payment obligations should be honored independently of unrelated conditions.
