This is a follow up to my earlier review regarding the conduct of this company. Following my last review, I had a meeting with the said team and the decision maker on 4 June 2026, Mr. Sharad very politely listened to my concerns and asked for 2 WORKING DAYS TO DECIDE ON THE PERCENTAGE OF REFUND. Guess what? JUNE IS OVER AND WE ARE EXACTLY ON THE CUSP OF A MONTH AND DESPITE MULTIPLE EMAILS AND CALLS ASKING TO SPEAK TO HIM, HE DOES NOT HAVE THE BASIC DECENCY TO EITHER REPLY TO MY EMAILS OR TAKE MY CALL OR CALL BACK. That is the type of company I am dealing with alongside thousands of others who are subjected to the same level of service. Its appalling to say the least that a senior leader behaves this way. What kind of example is he setting for people who work under him. When I spoke to him the first time, he seemed decent and polite BUT I WAS SO WRONG. THE SERVICES HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE. THE AFTER SALES SERVICES HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE AND AS YOU MAY NOTICE, THE AFTERMATH OF ESCALATION HAS BEEN TERRIBLE AS WELL. I HAVE RAN OUT OF ADJECTIVES TO DESCRIBE HOW HORRIBLE MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN WITH Y-AXIS. I SINCERELY HOPE YOU SEE THIS AS A RED FLAG BEFORE OPTING FOR THEIR SERVICES.

Japan job opportunity service’s
I enrolled in the Job Opportunity Services based on the assurances and commitments made by the sales representative and paid ₹36,447 as the first installment.
However, the services were discontinued at a very early stage, and I did not receive the promised level of support, guidance, or job assistance. Despite paying a substantial amount, the services delivered were minimal and did not justify the fee charged.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the manner in which my case has been handled. When I requested a refund, I was informed that the amount paid had already been covered by the services provided. I strongly reject this explanation, as the services were stopped at the initial stage and the actual support received was far below what was promised during enrollment.
I request an immediate review of my case, a detailed breakdown of the services claimed to have been provided against the amount charged, and a refund of ₹36,447. If a satisfactory resolution is not provided, I will be compelled to escalate this matter through consumer grievance forums and other appropriate authorities for further review.
I expect a prompt response and fair resolution.

I enrolled in Y-Axis Job Search Services in August 2025 after their sales team promised that they would help me get a job in Dubai through direct employers. Based on their assurances, I paid more than ₹40,000.
However, after making the payment, I discovered that their agreement clearly states that Y-Axis does not guarantee jobs. The actual service provided was only resume editing, profile updating, and applying for jobs through portals such as Indeed and Gulf job websites.
Honestly, this is something any job seeker can do themselves. There were no direct employer connections, no recruiter tie-ups, and no guaranteed interviews as promised during the sales process.
Most of the emails they counted as interview opportunities were simply automated job alerts and marketing emails. Despite spending over ₹40,000, I did not receive any meaningful job opportunities or placement support.
I feel that the service delivered was completely different from what was promised before payment. I lost my hard-earned money without getting a job or receiving any real value from the service.
My advice to others is to carefully read the agreement before signing up. Please do not rely on verbal promises. Based on my experience, the service was not worth the money I paid.

Worst experience in job search service
As an IT professional with more than 10 years of experience in the UK, I had to return to India and registered with Y-Axis for their job search service. I paid ₹60,000 based on their assurance that they would actively support my job search for 12 weeks.
Initially, they conducted a SWOT analysis and assigned an account manager who interacted with me for the first couple of weeks. They also claimed to have multiple job leads and opportunities. However, after that initial engagement, there was very little communication from their side.
They appeared to apply for only about 10–15 jobs per week, and despite my strong background in Cloud and DevOps, I did not receive a single interview call. I also suspect that they may have been using AI tools or automated agents to submit applications, as I noticed that my resume had been modified to include skills that I do not possess before being submitted to potential employers.
Overall, I was disappointed with the service and did not find it worth the amount I paid. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to others and would advise prospective customers to carefully evaluate the value they are likely to receive before spending their money.
