This is my 2nd time ordering from this company. To be very honest any negatives came only from my own lack of caution when selecting items or double checking measurements. Example: don't assume you will take the same size in every item, doesn't happen in department stores, doesn't happen here. That was my bad, not the company. Read the comments, it's super helpful when people share their height, weight and the size that worked for them.
In the other case I chose a style that looked great on the 5' 11" slender model... but that's but me, so again my bad.
Every other item was 10/10 would order (and did) from them again. I was hoping for light airy fabrics and that is what I received. I've had no communication issues whatsoever and like any other retailer I shop with am becoming more confidant with each order. Delivery has been quick, under 2 weeks, into Canada and the prices and selections are great.
Will order again.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering from a company I did not know but communication was awesome
I bought two tops to start with and see what the quality and service was like before I ordered more. I also know how their sizing works now. My knitted top I think I will go down a size as I thought ordering the medium would be better than having something to small. It’s good but a small I will order next time.

When on earth does it get shipped? It will be fall before I get the dresses!

I ordered up a size and the dress is cheap and too small and they are trying to reject my return

Company will not let me return items. Shipment does not come with a packing slip or any information for return ,only option is email which takes days to get a response. I’m currently at my third request and they will not give me return authorization. Quality is cheap and see through. Shipping time was very long. Should have done my research, stay away from this company

The returns system is non existent and the items are nothing like those displayed in the pictures. Disgusting customer service!!!

My ordered was delivered sooner then expected. Items in order were perfect, even nicer than the picture and description.

The dresses were well fitting and easy to clean.

I ordered 3 tops with my first purchase. I am very happy with all of them. They are stylish and I love the material - stretchy and a bit on the thicker side.

Garments arrived in good packaging and nicely folded. Good arrival time, didn't take too long.

I ordered three dresses that do not fit and do not look like the photographs. There is no return policy and no way to contact anyone by phone. I have emailed and no one responds.

Dresses are gorgeous and shipping was hassle free. Would definitely shop here again!

I ordered two dresses that were delivered and both were not satisfactory. One dress was advertised on website as a midi dress ( picture on website is shown as a midi) and when I tried it on it was almost to my ankles (maxi). I am 5' 8" tall, so this should not have been an issue. The second dress did not show in the pictures, or did the description state that it had ties that come from front to the back of dress. I do not wear dresses that tie in the back.
I am currently trying to get a refund on one of the dresses and not having a lot of luck. I am keeping the second dress in hopes that I can remove the ties and have it altered.
Beware when ordering from this company.
