I ordered a dress that had a defect in the front of it and it took 23 emails back an forth to get a refund. Their website says free returns. Be aware, they will do everything they can NOT to give you a return. They will offer you a fraction of the cost you paid for it and then pretend that FREE RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS is not written all over the place on their website. This is just one name of 15 for the same company with the same bad customer service and bad quality. And they do not ship from the US as stated on their website. All the packaging comes directly from China.

Where do I send returns to? I have 2 dresses I ordered and they do not fit.

Ordered a jumper didn’t realise it was in US dollars …got screwed and to add to it looks nothing like how it fit thes model in picture…dont buy…you’ll regret it 🤬

I ordered 5 dresses but wish I read these reviews before I did. This company is absolutely awful. None of the dresses fit properly and weren’t even proportionate! The quality was inferior and when I contacted customer service for directions on how to return and get a refund, the response I received was that they offered $42. Unacceptable! I inquired again and they upped the offer to $63 and told me i can save the dresses! Insulting! And I don’t want the dresses! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They falsely advertise the ability to return!!!

Ordered a dress three weeks ago, and it still hadn’t even been shipped. Tried to contact customer service requesting a refund, and their only response was it had shipped. Completely ignored that I requested a refund. Will likely have to dispute with my credit card company. This is looking to be a scam. Worst company. Do not order from them.

Extremely unhappy with customer service. For one, when I choose unhappy it does not let me place a review just sends me back to customer service so unsure if this review will actually be public.

The dress did not fit. The upper material was a little too thin and I didn't like the back but no way to know that as the picture did not show it so I took a chance as when asked about the back I was not answered.

The add says free returns. I had to pay $15 shipping to get the dress. When I try to return I was told they will give me $15 and let me keep the dress. The dress cost $54

When I said no I would like a full return I was told they would give me $21 and I could keep the dress but if I insisted on full return I would have to pay for shipping as shipping is too much money.

I was leery buying online but it says it was made and shipped in US now I highly doubt that. Do not order from this company!!!

Terrible customer service. They stated I would receive a full refund within 30 days but won’t respond back with the address to mail the returns. Do not order from this company! My dresses didn’t fit and the fabric wasn’t as stated. They offered to send different sizes but won’t refund my money. MY MONEY!!! I want it refunded!!!

This site says all there items are made in South Carolina and shipped from there. However I am trying to return an item and they are telling me I have to send it to Dubai. They say that is where their warehouse is! Huh!! Does that make sense. This site is a scam. The quality of the dress I received was terrible.

Terrible! Do not buy!!
I bought a jumper as per the size guide. It is so small and also material is so thin and cheap. I have emailed as per their terms and conditions I am entitled to a full refund, however after 5 days I am STILL waiting for a reply with instructions and address for refund. Never buy!

Thank you very much for following up and shipping and doing everything that you have promised to do. I am very pleased with the quality of the dress, but because I’m so long wasted I may need to send it back just because it doesn’t quite fit. I haven’t decided, but I wanted to let you know I would love some day for you to have a tall choice in your dresses.

I bought the top they show the Goldie tan one, their photo shows a thick knit, what I received was something with a very fine wool. Totally different look and the knit in the photo was a knit what came out was a Pearl knit stitch. Totally different to what the photo showed.

My top arrived in no time at all. I'm very happy with it. It's gorgeous. I will definately be ordering again from this company. Clothing is very good quality
