A real joy to order from G Craggs
A real joy to order from G Craggs. Easy to order on the website and excellent communication. They found a fault with the one in stock and called me straightaway to arrange a new delivery date.
The two men that came to install the oven, were a credit to the Company as they had to do some DIY work before the new cooker could be installed as the hole where the plug was meant to go was too small.
I would highly recommend this firm.

Easy to order

Fabulous customer service
As strangers to the Ripon area we had no idea about who to select to supply a new fridge to our caravan - after a ‘Google’ we selected Craggs and have no regrets whatsoever. The goods were supplied on time, he ordering process was simple and they took away packaging and our old fridge. Customer service was extremely good and we wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again.

One hour from ordering to home delivery
Been using them for many years, but this time they have done even better than ever.
Visiting their store to complain (jokingly) that the washing machine I bought 12 years ago had broken down, I bought a new one, based on what they had in stock at that time. This was at 09.35. The washing machine was delivered to my home at 10.15. Yes, 40 minutes later.....
