I recently bought a pair of boots from Gear for Girls. I feel that there's nothing really on the high street in decent properly waterproof city walking styles so I always keep an eye on this site. There was an offer on Keen's boots and with the extra 10% off I got a good price. I ordered them last Thursday and they were delivered to my door (in Belfast) the very next day. Fantastic service...and the boots are great!

The website is very easy to navigate the range of goods is excellent and the customer service is second to none. The search by activity sections make it very comfortable for me to buy items for my partner in the knowledge that they will be suitable. Definitely my go to place for all things warm, stylish and feminine! I Highly recommend them. Iain

Purchased a new Rab jacket for my girlfriend forgot to add a coupon code, contacted them and it wasn't a problem.

Item ordered was delivered next day but was unfortuantely too small. Return process and refund all managed within a few days - excellent.

This was my first order from Gear for Girls. I bought a ski jacket, but needed to exchange it for the next size up. I have them a call and they kindly reserved me the last one in the size I needed. It's a small company with a personal service which is great. Refunds are dealt with promptly and there are some great brands at good prices. I would highly recommend them and have done so to friends.

Only issue is I was then bombarded daily with offer e-mails, though unsubscribing from them has been successful.

When my order said dispatched and delivered i wondered where it was.... It wasn't with me! I rang Gear for Girls and they phoned me back within half an hour advising they would re-send my order again. True to their word, it arrived the next day - this time to my work address, safe and sound.
I have used Gear for Girls a few times now and never been disappointed. My mother has also used them.

Smart to look at & extremely warm. I don't think i'll ever be cold in such a warm but light weight coat which is knee length. Not quite sure if I like the toggle to hold the hood up though.
