Gentlevan were brilliant. The two guys did an incredible job - they were very fast, very skilled and very careful moving our furniture. The office team were also great - so courteous and professional and always quick to respond to my questions. We are very grateful to them for squeezing us in to their busy schedule at very short notice and for doing such a good job.

Gentlevan stepped in when other transport company let us down at late notice. They were very polite, punctual and handled everything from collection in uk to delivery in Spain. What a fantastic service, can’t fault them or say enough, highly recommended

Excellent service from initial enquiry right up to our belongings being unpacked. Lovely people, nothing too much trouble and all issues resolved (tight driveways, waiting for keys, tricky angles for furniture etc). Would recommend to anyone.

This was not my first experience using Gentlevan, as I'd used them at short notice in the summer to move catering equipment, pianos and even a kiln... I knew they would take our house move in their stride, and they absolutely did! Exceptional service from Victoria in the office, and George and the team on the day definitely went above and beyond for us. We didn't think our bed would go up the stairs - it did. We didn't think our three bookcases would go up the stairs - they did, even if Zoltan did need to take the doors off the cases to facilitate this! They worked so hard, and were extremely understanding when I couldn't even find the kettle... I couldn't be more grateful, and we are absolutely delighted with the service. Highly, highly recommended.

Pickup and delivery were excellent the drivers on both occasions were outstanding!! Patient, helpful and extremely professional!! Administration was a little challenging but we got there in the end!! Overall a very positive experience and would certainly use them again!!

Best removals company we’ve ever used. They really took the stress out of moving day. Victoria was great to deal with and the removals team were really professional. I was impressed with how organised and efficient they were. All our furniture was carefully disassembled and reassembled, and other large furniture items were moved out of our narrow old stairs and hallway with care and precision, including a really heavy electric sit and stand desk which I thought would need to be taken apart. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Communication and quotes from office were prompt and informative. Removal guys showed up on time and took great care with rigs/coverings to protect carpets etc. were quick and efficient and very patient when I couldn’t decide where to put things! Gentlevan Removals were superb.. from initial contact, to comms leading up to moving day and the move day itself. Seamless. The guys on the day were amazing - slick, efficient, quick, friendly and took everything in their stride. They took great care to protect carpets, furniture and belongings.. not a single glass was broken. Victoria and Radka in the office were super helpful throughout and always on hand to answer any questions. They all made the whole process much easier and reduced stress levels enormously!
