While reset didn't work, offer to replace despite technically being past 1 year warranty was greatly appreciated. You folks certainly stand behind your product...and it's a very good one. Great customer service. I sent an email and not only was it answered immediately same day but issue was resolved without one of those "we recieved your email and we will get back to you shortly" type of auto response. I am so impressed with the company and it's product

Do not waste your money
The “plain” unit comes with a sub charging cable so you’re paying an extra $20 here for a plug adapter, which is unnecessary for most people. The unit works well but is much slower than an air pump at a gas station. It’s also very noisy

Great Customer Service
The quick response and notice to detail. I had ordered two air motos but forgot the cases for them. They reached out instantly to not only let me know but also gave me them with free shipping and a discounted price.

Great service and support, I wasn’t sure at first how it was going to go. After a few brief troubleshooting steps and sending them a quick video, they decided just to send me a brand new one. Just the way things should’ve been handled and quickly and efficiently!
