Had what I considered to be a problem…
Had a problem with one of my Airmoto tire inflators that I most likely caused by charging it improperly. They took the time to help me fix it, but when they realized it couldn't be fixed, they informed me a replacement unit would be sent even though my warranty period had expired. The company and its people are exceptional.
