Quick response to my concerns and able to resolve my issue

Lara was amazing! I had a defective air moto device and I called customer service about it at 11am. Lara asked for a video and copy of the purchase receipt and by 3pm a new device was shipped out to me. Definitely recommend this company.

I requested a printable version of the Users Manual. The request was fulfilled almost immediately, within minutes.

Lyn was my rep an she was great! Answered my questions right away and resolve all my issues

The support team went above and beyond to resolve our problem.

They took care of everything quickly. Wish there was a phone number for customer service though. Good product.

Some how I had signed up for something I didn't know I had. When I realized the recurring bill I contacted Airmoto and they got back to me quickly and resolve the problem.

Great products and the Customer Service Representative promptly handled my issue.

They get 1 star because my son is happy with the product that I bought him for Christmas.
Today I noticed an additional ongoing ongoing charge in my PayPal account… shady… advertising as buy it as a Christmas gift but somehow attaching it to a subscription???

There is not way to cancel the VIP customer service benefit on their website- and their contact page takes you in circles. I did not knowingly purchase this service and find the inability to cancel it after being charged for it 2 months in a row VERY dishonest and shady. I would not buy from them again knowing this is their business strategy.
Edit: 2/24: AirMoto responded to my ask to cancel and reimburse me the monthly subscription fee. While the front end experience was not great- their follow up was great.

I had a problem with your product that was no longer under warranty and you quickly sent out a replacement.

I mistakenly clicked on an order button for an item I did not want. I contacted airmoto via the customer email. The order was cancelled and payment refunded immediately. Was very pleased with this very prompt response

I purchased an Airmoto smart pump in December 2025. Noticed two $31.63 charges to my card in January & February. I emailed them to ask for a refund and to please cancel anything that I didn't deliberately sign up for (Airmoto VIP service). Refunds were issued within 3 hours. Outstanding service and a quality product!

I had 3 car tires at 25psi and one at 33. After a struggle I got the unit to inflate one up to 30 but I couldn't get it to work again after recharging. The on/off button wouldn't turn the unit on it just switches the pressure units around (if I set psi as a unit and 33psi it should stay there!). My second under inflated tire further deflated while I tried to turn the pump on. I ended up going to the gas station but I was able to deflate the 35psi tire to 30 with the Airmoto hose ($70 for the this feature?). It's also a real kicker that you can't get help if you don't have a "subscription" - I don't know why we put up with this crap from these tech companies.

You took care of a billing problem immediately. A coupon had not been applied to my order, and you resolved it immediately!

Immediate response. Had us try a couple of things and when they didn't work, took care of things.

Order arrived well packaged and quickly. The support team is very responsive, clear in their explanations, and very prompt in resolving any issues that may have occurred through miscommunication from me or in ordering. Top notch!

I encountered a delivery issue with the Airmoto I purchased as a gift for my husband but the company responded to my inquiry very promptly and fixed the issue immediately. Excellent customer service!
