I made an error in ordering, realized it next morning. They had an email on the order confirmation. I sent a note the next morning. They adjusted the order and sent the order I wanted. Many thanks for quick response.

Needwd help with my order and customer support was super!!

I was anxious because I had duplicated an order not knowing the first order went through but I emailed the company and I received a response right away and my issue was resolved without delay. My only suggestion is to have a step in the end of the ordering process that let's the customer know your order has been completed. I dont really like all the add-ons for more products either but I get it.

Airmotor was responsive via email correspondence regarding my question for my order. I was surprised since most companies you see on your phone never bother to respond to anything. But, Airmotor has gained my respective for being responsive.

The response was quick and resolved my issue.

There was a misunderstanding when ordering several Airmotos and accessories. I reached out to their customer service and everything was worked out in under three hours, hassle-free. That is what I call Outstanding Customer Service!

My bank declined my purchase and when I placed a second order it also was declined. The third time was the charm but by then the bank had decided to pay one of the two declined orders. I notified Airmoto about it and the same day they cancelled the duplicate order and sent me a refund. That was amazing to me. I can definitely recommend Airmoto and actually went and ordered another tire pump for my husband.

The helpfulness of the company was wonderful. That is not available in most e-businesses. They went out of their way to try to accomodate me and were extremely patient.

I was concerned after buying Airmoto because I received a message that mentioned a subscription. I didn’t have to wait long to get a response assuring me there won’t be any recurring charges.

I hate canceling or returning anything. However, When you get a representative on the line that say’s ‘It’s okay’, I will be glad to assist you’, it relieves the tension.
