Items never received and won't give a full refund
I ordered over 165.00 worth of products in early July for my son's birthday and because 1 of the 7/8 items was backordered, they would not ship. I asked them when it was due in, they couldn't tell me because they said ship from China and once it leaves they have no idea how to track inventory. I waited and waited and my son's birthday came and went and I asked about it and still no info as they can't track their own inventory. Finally two months later, after still waiting, I asked to cancel the one item and to ship to a new address as I'm no longer at the address I was at during the summer. They sent it to the summer address and now it can't be found. It could have been stolen as I didn't check to look for it there as I asked it to be shipped else where.
All they are offering me is 20% REFUND. I feel like this company is a scam as they won't even give me tracking info on my order or place a claim with the shipper. Also, their customer service is awful. They don't answer the phone and refuse to talk to anyone on the phone even though I've asked them a number of times to contact me via phone.
Buyer beware! I hope they go out of business. I just feel bad for my son who was really hoping for these parts for so long to build his drone.

GetFPV is an awesome store with really great customer service. From my experience, I have to say that they really stand behind their products, and should you run into issues they do a commendable job of helping you out and making things right. They have definitely won my continued business as a freshman to the FPV hobby. Thanks GetFPV!
Good looking website and great…
Good looking website and great products, the problem is that I tried 3 bank cards to pay and none of them worked (the 3 of them work just fine on other websites). Since I'm in France I contacted supports and the only answer I got that this was a fraud detection issue and to try another payment method. So I bought my products elsewhere.. too bad
GETFPV? GET READY for terrible customer service.
So, I've been a customer of GETFPV since 2012 and that should tell you something. I took a break from the hobby for a few years but now I'm back and I am completely shocked at what has changed since I moved away from the hobby a few of years back.
FIVE orders in the past 5 weeks from me. Most were okay but one had an issue with the hardware and one has gone MIA and is allegedly in "Return to Sender" mode via UPS.
So what? Not their fault ... I agree. It was their response to both situations that has me wishing I found this site before tonight.
GetFPV wouldn't honor the hardware issue - threw it over the fence to the manufacturer who provided an even weaker reply than the GETFPV reply. I couldn't fly because I needed batteries and the weather was bad so I was outside of their BNF window. Okay ... fine. GETFPV didn't even bother to respond on the 2nd reply.
Regarding the shipment that has been en-route for a over a week and is now showing as "RETURN TO SENDER". This is an item that is out of stock everywhere, an item for which I had ordered the radio, receiver, and 4s batteries that they recommended.
When I asked what the next steps were, they said "once we get it back, we will process a refund OR you can BUY IT AGAIN NOW or when it returns". Really? It is out of stock, a very popular item, and I happened to grab the last one.
I have already paid for it. You are NOT Amazon with a 2 million square foot warehouse to lose things in.
I replied, nicely, with a request to simply ship it to me again. I even offered to pay for priority mail. IGNORED. NO REPLY from them at all.
Why in the world would I put out ANOTHER $211 for an item I already paid for? You have to be kidding me.... I understand policies but I do not understand terrible customer service. Their inability to even offer the slightest amount of help will, and has, shifted my money to another vendor that actually seems to care about my experience.
Sorry GETFPV - you've gone the way of the far too many formerly awesome companies. You've lost your way. You've lost your connection to your customers. And finally, you've lost my business forever.
If you enjoy sending your hard-earned cash to a business that has zero interest in you - then by all means, keep spending. I refuse.

Customer support needs to learn de-escalation techniques
I have spent almost $2000 with these guys since I started shopping with them about a year ago. I recently placed an order for a $700 item, the item turned out to not fit me (as it in it physically did not fit my facial features).
When I asked for a return not only was it declined but the customer service rep went on a rude, condescending diatribe about how they haven't heard of this before and I should think about the other customers and how it wouldn't be right for them to re-sell my now "used" goods to another customer, so on and so on, yada yada yada. Then suggested I sell the item on the second hand market. Literally accused me of being an inconsiderate liar for daring to ask for a return/exchange.
I explained to him that I never suggested they simply resell the return to someone else, and explained that most retailers have restocking agreements with their suppliers and basically how dare he suggest I am inconsiderate for requesting a return.
I then provided picture evidence of my initial complaints about the fitment of the product, the literally fresh out of the box condition of the product, and proof showing I had to sell it at a huge loss... I got no further response however.
They also deleted my review of the product on their store, so add censorship to their list of crimes.
These people are WORSE THAN BANGGOOD for customer service. Absolute bottom of the barrel customer service, rude, self righteous and frankly ignorant of how other businesses operate (and therefore ignorant of customer expectations).
I was treated with utter contempt by this customer support rep and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
Addendum: Heard back from them minutes after posting this review... they fake apologized while still blaming me for the situation. Unbelievable.
Addendum 2: They suggested I was not telling the truth when I informed them I sold the product on ebay (per their recommendation) BEFORE they ever asked for pictures of the product. I am done with these people, worst customer service in the industry bar none... may even be worse than Banggood
Addendum 3: They finally apologized and gave me a $75 refund... I didn't really care about the refund at this point, but the apology was appreciated. I will elevate this review to 3 stars and hopefully this will be a customer support lesson. Customers do not like being lectured or condescended, it doesn't generally end well.

The shipping cost was a whopping 40 $ (the cheapest) but AFTER the purchase you get a mail from the courrier that you have to pay an EXTRA 214 $ for customs. NOWHERE is there any warning on GetFPV during the purchase that the customs could get so high.

Never dealt with worse customer service
I bought a betafpv Meteor65 and arrived DOA. No green light for the receiver. They reply every 2 days to "help" you by telling you to do things you've already done. Then they say they just want to help you get flying when I've spent 10+ days trying to fix an unfixable problem when they could take my quad back and if it's not broken, send it back, if it is, send me a new one; 4 days tops. What happened to the customer is always right? I just want an exchange since I bought a ton of batteries for it. No refund or anything just a working whoop. Is that so much to ask for?

Getfpv used to be a good place to shop. I don't know what happened, but they aren't worth the time of day anymore. I bought a store brand fc (xilo), and it's crap. I asked if anyone else had problems with it and they said nobody has bought any of them. That's funny because the product page has 6 reviews that are just glowing. The reviews on getfpv are fake!!! I wrote an honest review of the product and they delete it.
They are selling untested equipment that doesn't work, then they just quit talking to you when you want them to fix it.
I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to figure out the problem, but they decided to just blow me off.
I would tell people to avoid this company, they're dishonest and the product reviews on their site are all fake.

The one-stop for everything drones
The one-stop for everything drones! I've always thought it would be fun to take up RC FPV drones, but I wasn't sure what all I needed actually to start out. FPV drones aren't exactly the sort that is ready to fly out of the box, and as I looked everywhere for a kit of some kind, I just became more confused. Then I stumbled across GetFPV.com, and they had the DJI prebuilt FPV 7inch drone Prebuilt and ready to rock! Before I placed my order, I called to make sure #1) to make sure I was ordering what the actual kit and #2) to make sure GetFPV would be able to provide me assistance when I ultimately come back for drone replacement parts. They answered all of my silly beginner type questions and took an extra 15min, offering tips and tricks, which were later very useful. Although I'm a beginner, GetFPV has everything for any skill level and appears to carry just about everything you would ever need for your quadcopter.

Scammers Selling Defective Products
Take note of all the bad reviews... These people sold me a defective LaForge V4 and will not give me a refund or exchange. They simply referred me to the manufacturer. No reply to my follow up email either. Terrible service, in my opinion. I will not spend one more penny with these scammers.

I have happily made several purchases with this company for a couple of years now and thought I should give a fair and just review.
I have say that their website is easy to use, they do have a large variety of products, catering for low to high budget products.
The descriptions and details provide you with the right information you need in deciding which product is right for your needs.
In all the orders I have made with this company, I have had an issue that occurred twice with GetFPV, it was delivery related on both occasions and cost me extra due to customs charges. When I noticed after the second delivery, I did email GetFPV regarding the delivery issue and explained the extra costs involved, as a result of an error in the documents.
The Customer Service I received from the GetFPV representative (Blake) was very professional and polite. His immediate response and actions corrected the error, I was swiftly refunded the additional import cost.
I have made orders since the errors occurred, I am very pleased to confirm that no errors have occurred again!
The only bad thing about this company, they do not have any UK stores. Otherwise, this is a truly great company, you can shop with confidence, as I will continue to do.
