Munch Avis 

I understand the methodology of Munch, take long-form videos and reduce them to smaller clips. I get it.

But what if I don’t want clips? Suppose I just wanted a way to add captions and keep my long-form video?

There should be a way to bypass the making of clips and just use the captions feature.

I just saw that Descrip now has the ability to make clips. I believe I will give them a shot. If it works well, I’ll be canceling my Munch account…again.

Lastly, is there a way to add videos to Munch without creating a new project?

Easy to use platform. Love it!

The clip selection was random and horrible. I'm shoked that there are no options for us to guide the system to make clips from specific people or to make clips about a certain topic. You can only filter that stuff after they are made and what's made us just random

Sound quality is terrible, have not found away to fix it. It's already been over a month going back and forth with their customer service.. the last weeks or so ive been waiting on a reply.

Just stumbled across my review here.. nothing has ever changed. Customer service never got back to me so the problems persisted (audio quality was terrible after using their tool). To my review here they told me to reach out to customer service which I had already done before.. hopeless cause

The tech is neat but did not capture full concepts in the video so it often didn't make a lot of sense. It is also very expensive.

Not entirely satisfied, as there isn't any option to cut out part of a short you don't want from a video.

The application itself is ok, very basic. I found I wasn't using it very often as I ended up having to always go back and fix the edits it performed. Annual invoice came up, I cancelled and they charged me anyways. Have sent 3 emails with no response. Don't trust them.

A response to my email question concerning payment was quickly answered.

I love your edits and captions. Your post copy is ok. My main problem is the quality of the videos seems to decrease after downloading them from your site.

I feel like I wasted a lot of money on this app. It’s not very customizable or easy to edit etc. I had this for a while and barely use it it’s just not good for me and my needs. The clips it takes sometimes aren’t even the best ones out of the video so it’s pointless.

I was billed after removing my subscription. Also, I see that someone else opened this account, not me.

I Loooove this app. While I am not crazy about the generated captions, the edits and repurposing of content are incredible.

I have more content than I can schedule to post. It's overwhelming in such a good way.

French and Landscape mode are not good to be used. I could not use any of the videos made by munch

Looks good on the website, but the tools for finding good parts in long videos, captions and stock footage selection are awful. Video selection is doing so much nonsense, Stock Footage selection doesn't work most of the time and when it does, the selection ist just way off. They trick you into buying with their 2 sample projects, but you can't test it first with your own footage.

Got scammed and no support service to help.
