Very frustraiting experience

Very frustraiting experience as a client side user.
Completely did not work on my iphone, I had to use my laptop to actually get it to work.
When I have to use software like this it really puts me off interacting with a buisiness

Worst software salon company ever!!

Worst software salon company ever!!!
Do not sign up with them.
Constantly crushing, constant errors, we pay for phone support but never get it!!! No one answers the phone ever and no one calls you back!!!! No one reply’s to emails, this company is a scam, promise support but once you sign up, you will never hear from timely again!!! The biggest rip off company, please avoid and sign with kitomba like I should have. I’ve been trying for 2 days to make contact with Timely and nothing!!!

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. The support once you sign up is non existent. They will promise you a lot of deliverables and you will be dissapointed to know they were simply lies while you are being informed of a price hike a month into their plan. Don't get scammed

Great service

Great experience since I started using the software for my salon. Customer service is fab. Easy to talk to and so helpful. Definitely recommend for any business

Top quality support

Support is the be Support is the best ever. I have been using the software for a month and took the full package. I have been software PM for many years and these guys are right up there.

I pay for phone support

I pay for phone support, however on the rare occasions where it was needed, you always get an answering machine asking to leave a message. No-one EVER picks up a call and then they usually get back to you via email. you basically pay for a service that is not provided.

Broken plugin they don't want to fix

After the free plugin (which had worked fine) stopped working on our site, we upgraded to a paid version and have had nothing but trouble with it. First the formatting was all goofed up and even when you selected a certain view to display, it displayed in boxes floated to the left that piled on top of each other and looked awful. THEN, it just stopped working altogether and will not display on my page. When I opened a ticket, they explained how to embed the code which I had already done and they would have known if they had checked my source code. It was a bit insulting to be honest since I've been building web site for almost 30 years. Then they blamed the problem on a conflict with another plugin and I went to the trouble of deactivating each plugin and it still did not appear. Then I found a page online where I am not the only one having these issues with this awful plugin. Hard coding your events is easier and cheaper than dealing with this company and this nonfunctional plugin. I can't do anything about the nearly $350 I threw away on it but I can at least make sure no one else wastes their time, energy and money on this plugin and awful support.

Timely is Failing – 10 Days and Still No Payment!

I’ve been using Timely for my business several years which integrates with Stripe for payments, but my recent experience has been a disaster. Two payments—one for £541.21 due on the 7th of October and another for £278.26 due on the 14th—have still not reached my account, and it’s been over 10 days!

I updated my bank details to troubleshoot, but that hasn’t helped. The delays in payment are putting serious strain on my business, and neither Timely nor Stripe has provided any proper support or resolution. If you rely on timely payments, be cautious about using Timely with Stripe, as this integration is proving unreliable.

If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be forced to escalate the issue to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This is unacceptable, and I can’t recommend Timely’s system if they don’t get this fixed.

I have been with Timely for 8 years

I have been with Timely for 8 years. They used to be good but after getting no response to a technical problem with their software for days. Im pretty much done
They are just closing support tickets without answering.
Very sad. This fiasco with their software cost me a lot of money.

I have been using Timely for 6 months now, their online booking system is very easy to use and set up.

Great customer services. Answer all the questions quickly and efficiently, high recommended to all business owners.

Esperienza pessima

Esperienza pessima. Ordinato con consegna contrassegno un orologio Hilfiger , dopo due giorni dallordine scrivo su WhatsApp per capire se fosse stato spedito. Mi rispondono che era stato annullato per esaurimento. Tutto ciò senza una comunicazione. Mi dicono che mi è stata inviata un e-mail di annullamento ordine ma nulla di tutto ciò è mai avvenuto. Save your Money

Save your Money, do not give them your credit card information.

Be careful. Product is minimal at best.

Customer service is poor.

No refunds only credits. Why would I want a credit if I don’t use their product.
