Absolutely horrible! I ordered two vases. They were late coming and then only one showed up. When I asked about the other and tried to have it hurried since they forgot it; I was told the would check with the fairy..... so yea zero stars do not recommend

I would give them zero, I ordered the pop up snowman in September/October 2019, still waiting on the product to arrive, now you can’t get a hold of them absolutely shocking, Facebook should be tracking this down as it was advertised on there & getting people there money back.
I received the email to say it was on its way absolutely terrible.

Never received my order. When you see a good deal check reviews first! But they probably changed their name to continue to scam people, they domain is no longer available. Do NOT order!!

Yes scammed here also , called bank filed a report the bank refunded me $37 for 2 snowmen ordered . Sent like 20 emails no response also . Gonna make complaint with BBB.🤬🤬🤬🤬

If only i could leave 0 stars. This "company" are total scammers i ordered a pop up snowman mid november, was sent an email to say it had been shipped. Its now 30th jan and still nothing. I have sent numerous emails only to be ignored. How on earth do these people get away with it??? And i believe the website is still running. Shocking!!!

I bought the Pop up Snowman at the end of November 2019, My money was taken on 2nd December and I had an email stating the item was on its way on 5th December and that I would receive tracking info shortly. It's 30th January 2020 and I haven't received a thing...I have sent several emails asking about my order and for tracking information but had no response. This is a complete scam and I would strongly advise people Not to buy anything from them.

This company is a scam. I contacted my bank and did a merchant dispute. I’ve luckily managed to get my money back.

Same as rest. Ordered snowman and headphones light early November. No replies to emails and no tracking info. Robbery

I ordered something in November contacted them 2 or 3 times no reply I wouldn't just this company dont use them very poor cant even get my money back and no phone number to call them

Ordered 2 snowmen on 14th of November 2019 money taken from my account still have not recieved them have sent 10 emails to this company with no reply from them do not buy anything from this company very angry but lesson learned scamming b------s

Wish these reviews were here before I ordered! I too was scammed for the snowman. Got confirmation text then shipping text a few days later with no tracking info attached. Hope they enjoy their free money!!

ordered two pop up snowman Thursday 21st November
Received a shipping email Wednesday 27th November and we still haven't received them

their website Says that all items are delivered within 30 days....

its now January Christmas is gone and no snowmen,

i've emailed constantly with no response to try an obtain a refund, there isn't a number to call to speak with anyone...WHAT A JOKE!
