I would re order no problem
The ordering was straight forward, I made an error with the codes which I had. Jamie kindly sorted out the problem and it didn't delay my delivery. The parcel come in a reusable recyclable paper bag. The packaging is all recyclable and the presentation and attention to detail is excellent. The candle was in the middle price bracket for the type of candle. It looked expensive and the smell was amazing. Autumn as its name and smell.
The socks feel really nice and good quality again, I can imagine them washing well and lasting.
I would re order again and may even add to my xmas list.

Wish I could’ve returned
Everything I’ve bought from here has been too big, I’m gutted especially this time as I was unable to return as I bought a bank holiday sale item. I love the clothes, but without having anything at home to take measurements, I went for my usual sizing which was incorrect presuming, because the sizing is unisex. If postage wasn’t so expensive I’d of maybe re bought the item. Lovely brand, I just can’t help but feel disappointed that I can’t return or wear what I bought 😞
Updated: thank you so much for sorting out my refund, unfortunately the item I originally bought wasn’t available in my size to rebuy but next time anything chocolate is released you best believe I’ll be getting it!

From the website to receiving my fleece 10/10 experience! I was updated every step of the way with my delivery. Even down to the little details, labels, packaging etc I can see a lot of effort has been put In to get it perfect! The fleece it’s self is so soft and cosy, beautiful material.
