I’m so happy with my recent purchases. They look and feel amazing and I was surprised at just how good the quality was! I would highly recommend the pyjamas, sweatshirts and christmas candle. Even at such a busy time of year, Jamie responded to every email and was a great help! Will be recommending and buying again for sure!

Incredible service!
It was my first time ordering from GOM as I have recently started watching Gemma on YouTube! My order arrived, I LOVE my sweatshirt but unfortunately the leggings were too small. I tried to return them but the website wasn’t working so I emailed and within 10 minutes, I had a response and my issue was resolved. Outstanding service. I spoke to Jamie and he was so helpful.
I then noticed a hole in my sweatshirt (devastated) on the seam of the arm. I contacted Jamie again with pictures and again, my issue was resolved within an hour and I’m being sent a new sweatshirt and have been told to keep the old one.
I will absolutely be buying from GOM again, the quality is great and the service has been impeccable. Thank you!

One of the best sustainable brands on the Market. The attention to detail is second to none, and the customer services is one of the best I have personally experienced. So helpful with any queries and nothing is too much. I have purchased something from every collection and even after multiple wears and washes everything still looks brand new. My personal faves are the leggings, they just smooth everything out and give alot of support around the tummy, which is a treat after two kids. The fleece half zips are another favourite, I have two of them and its just like getting a big cozy teddy bear hug. 10/10 on everything. One of the best - if not the best brand ever.

The best quality and service
I have ordered from girl of muse a number of times and each time the quality of service has been incredible. From customer service to the quality is outstanding. Delivery is so quick and even when I’ve sent returns, it was processed so quick! I’m currently wearing the Half- zip sweatshirt and a pair of their socks. The socks make you feel like you are walking on a cloud and the sweatshirt is the comfiest, stylish and perfectly oversized fit loungewear item I have ever put on.

Amazing customer service!!!
First of all I ordered a candle a few weeks back and absolutely loved everything about it from the packaging to the smell it was all amazing!! Then today on black Friday I managed to get some good deals however I ordered something in the wrong size so I quickly messaged seeing if they could change it over and it wasn't a problem at all. It's not very often that you get company's evan messaging you back never mind changing your order!! So a massive thankyou from me and I'm so excited for my new clothes to arrive!

The customer service has been incredible! I ordered the wrong jumper in the Black Friday sale (completely my fault). I asked for a switch and within 20 minutes of my email it was all sorted for me! I’ve always loved what this brand stands for (self love, manifestation & kindness). Clearly this is in the designs but also a part of the customer service too! 💕💕💕
