Originally ‘sold’ my phone to Mazuma, as they were offering a little more to buy it, obviously, when they received the phone, they decided to drop their offer by 60%..!! Was quoted £412 for my iPhone 14 Pro Max that I listed as faulty as one of the rear cameras was cracked. There was no other defects on the phone. I was messaged a link to print out the label and I posted it on Wednesday 6th November and paid extra for special delivery by 1pm the following day. I received a text on Thursday 7th November to say the payment was complete and to wait a few hours and the £412 was in my account in a matter of a few minutes. Brilliant and quick service and will definitely use again!
