Excellent Service

Full payment made within 48 hours of posting phone to them. No haggling, full amount paid even though screen was cracked. Thank you!

Really good company and the best price…

Really good company and the best price I could have gotten for the phone considering its condition. However one piece of advice for the team, please make your terms clearer when checking out, I picked a broken phone at checkout and the quoted price was lowered as the display was not working. Having spoken with a staff member I was advised it goes under screen burn-in/pixel faults but that is not clear when you are checking out!

Amazing company

Amazing company! Very easy process. Fill in details online, take package to post office and print freepost label. Sent my broken Samsung and money arrived on the day of delivery and the amount received was the maximum they had quoted me. Very pleased!

Found them through google. Excellent service and quick turn around with much better price for broken glass iPhone 11 than others recyclers, I will definitely use them again.

Brilliant service.

Was very sceptical about using at first as never herd of them! But extremely glad I did. Sent parcel off mid week and by Monday the next week money was in my bank! Very fast and friendly people.
Having a few issues with a second parcel but that's royal mails fault but they are glad I kept them in the loop about it being delayed. Will be using again in next few days.
