Amazing service with the best prices on the market. Ordered a Phantom PC that arrived in beautiful condition and within the 7-10 day window. I had a few changes I wanted to make after I had already made my purchase and the customer service team was able to help straight away with no fuss. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new PC.

The pc I ordered has arrived and so far everything is working a it should and I have no concerns with the build, the quality and care with which it was put together. Only minor issues marred what was otherwise a perfectly fine process.

Issue 1: the website never updated past the initial order status, leaving me in the dark as to the status and potential ETA. Even once the order had been arranged for delivery the website showed parts picking was the order status.

Issue 2: delivery. For some reason my tower pc was delivered by a truck, on a pallet rated for 150kilos. The pc was maybe ten kilos at most and not an overly large box. This is somewhat bewildering to me as I was also advised I would be expected to dispose of the pallet also. Happily the driver was agreeable to taking the pallet once I removed the single box from it, but there is no clear reason such a robust method was used for delivery - which I also had approximately 24hours notice about. Not to confirm I would be in but to tell me it would be delivered as near to my house as the truck could drop it off. If I hadn't been in I'm not certain if it would have been left or taken away again to return to gladiator pc, or attempt a redelivery.

Some positives I can highlight, when the specific PSU was not available I was called and advised and offered alternatives, and I picked one which was only a little more expensive, which you kindly comped the difference. I appreciate the flexibility- I know you can't keep all these parts in stock and so this sort of thing can happen, and not being asked to spring for the upgrade is good service.

I also appreciate the build tool on the site which made speccing the build easy. So far I am confident in the product and should any issues arise, I feel confident gladiator pc would be ready to help and support.

A few delays whilst Gladiator tried to balance out my build, but overall good experience. PC runs like a dream and this is the third time I've used Gladiator for a new build.

I had a few issues with my build (out of stock on custom items) and the express delivery was not met; but it is being refunded and the computer I have received is gorgeous!

Placed an order and I had a query so emailed customer service and they got back to me within a few hours so was happy with the service. I was told that I may not receive an update for the next 7-10 working days whilst they build the PC so I patiently waited and on the 8th working day I got an email from DPD saying the PC would be delivered the next day which was a pleasant surprise! Got myself a PC with top tier specs and it works perfectly. Had to install a few drivers just to top it all off but no compliant from my end. I have already had the experience of building a PC myself before so just wanted a reliable company to build one for me and Gladiator PC is just that + Their prices for a whole prebuild is BARELY more than buying each part individually. Would deffo shop again if I need another rig down the line.

The Pc arrived quickly and in great condition- really well packaged and a great service!

Unfortunately the parts were delayed coming into stock but the Customer Services team contacted me with like-for-like replacements (actually a little better) and my order was promptly dispatched and arrived the next day.
The PC itself is awesome and looks like something from the future! Make sure you update all your drivers on arrival though!

Pc came in perfect condition and super safe box, they arrived within the time limit they gave them selves and have nothing to complain about have been using the pc everyday since its arrival

The computer I got from them works well so far, no problems getting it set up and at a good price too.

The only thing that I don't know how to fix is one of the fan lights says one when the pc is off, but I think I did that somehow, LOL

The site is easy to use tho it did take them some time to reply to my emails I did get the help I needed

I think the date I put is the date I got the PC, I can not remember the date offhand and I can only find an odder No# not reference one so can not put that

Easy to navigate and order on the website with plenty of choice to make you PC exactly how you want it.

Received email saying 7-10 days before contact but did not receive any update. Emailed and called up and was advised that they was running a few days behind. Received the PC a week later. Customer service was professional and friendly and kept me update to date after calling with how the build was coming on.

PC was well protected and wrapped when delivered and built to a very high standards. Neat and tidy cabling. Couldn’t find a fault with this company.

Great company kept me up to date on my order and told me they didn't have my graphics card in and told me once it was they'd let me know. It came well packaged and on a pallet.

Easy to order through the website, a wide range of options to choose from. The PC is brilliant and is extremely clean inside with cable management. I am over the moon with the PC itself.

The communication aspect left a lot to be desired. I had an email thanking me for my purchase and that I would hear something within 10 working days. After 14 working days of not hearing anything, I phoned the company whom said my order isn't finalised due to a shortage of graphics cards (which is fair enough) but I wasn't told, nor would I have been made aware if I didn't make the call.

Fantastic customer service. First time I've ever let a company build a pc for me. Couldn't have done better myself. Runs like a dream with 5080. Getting 180+ FPS on Valhalla set at ultimate. Very very happy. 👍

Great Company! Ordered a pre-built PC for Christmas on a Black Friday deal and honestly didn't expect to receive it by then but it arrived 2 days before. Been using it for months now and its everything I expected. I used to build my own but couldn't be bothered with all the faff, was well worth the price.

over a month since I ordered with them and no contact via email or phone call and still cannot confirm delivery date.

i decided to cancel and refund my order - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
