Gladiator PC Avis 

Spoke to sales team on 3rd Feb 2025 via the phone and enquired about a prebuilt 5090, was advised shipment would be mid February. I then went online and placed an order.

10 days later, not one email nor phone call and 0 updates relating to order or expected delivery. Leaving me guessing. It was not till I then emailed gladiators PC I got a response advising me I would actually not get the machine till March.

This is my honest experience and opinion on gladiator pc. Since I have waited 3x weeks already I might as well continue waiting!

Ordering online was very straight forward and putting a package together was really easy and clear to see what was needed or didn't need.
I ordered it for my son's birthday and was aware that there would be a long lead time due to build etc.
A week or so before his birthday I called them just to check to see how things going, all was fine but delay in delivery due to unforseen volume of orders over xmas etc which was fine, is great that a business is thriving and doing well. I said no problem, I was aware Id left it a little late for a certain date anyway. They said would put the date required on the order just incase.
I called the week after to see how the order was going and was told would be about a week later, no worries so just mentioned to my son and he was fine.
Anyway, couldn't believe it when I received an email to say it was going to arrive the day before my son's birthday!
And it did - and he was thrilled and can't say thank you enough to the team that made that happen.
Will definitely use Gladiator PCs in the future

I have ordered three computers from Gladiator over the past few years.

This previous one is probably the most money I have spent on a computer to be honest, but I knew that it was going to be good quality, I have not had any issues with it so far and I know I have a 4 year warrenty at least to protect me if something does go wrong.

I will say that while understandable with the holidays, my order did take a long time to arrive and I was the one that had to chase up and find out what was happening. I wasn't notified that there was an issue and that they were provided the wrong fans by their supplier. Which I understand completely! Things like this happen, I was just a bit annoyed that I wasn't notified until I came looking and I had booked time off from work to recieve a computer that never arrived.

But after some emails and some calls, I got some more information and after waiting for them to catch up from the holidays, I finally got my computer and had one of the easiest set ups for a computer that I have ever had so that was really great to get straight back into gaming with my friends.

So far so good, been using the new PC for two weeks now and have no issues (touch wood). Delivery time was decent considering I ordered over Xmas although communication could have been better, there was a lack of updates, it just turned up one day and it was still showing as being built on the status and no email to say it had been sent.

Bought a PC on black Friday, decided to go with GladiatorPC because they said dispatch time would be quicker than other companies (11-14 days). Had no update on dispatch after the 14 days, reached out to them, took a while for them to respond. They said they'd update me with an email when it was due, this never happened. PC arrived just before Xmas (19th December). On the 5th January, the PC decided to stop working. Couldn't launch, keyboard, mouse and display stopped working. I have been trying to reach GladiatorPC for a solution, and have only had 2/3 responses since then (it is now the 27th Jan). Each response, they seem to just ignore what I have written in my emails. I have proof of all emails in case they say this isn't true. I have to keep chasing them for a response, and when they do eventually respond, it's a complete waste of time. Avoid this company at all costs. I have a £2.2k PC sitting here for 3 weeks now, with no help. For a technology company, their service is absolutely appalling. I'm currently on day 4 waiting for them to send an attachment which they forgot to send to me via email, so I can return this faulty product. I have spoken to 3 different people since I've had issues, and have gotten nowhere with any of them.

I bought a pc 2 years ago and it suddenly had issues. I sent a part off 4 months ago and they've not even tested it yet despite me chasing every 2 weeks. Beyond frustrating and terrible customer service.

30th of December was my order date. I understand that delays over new year are common, but I got an email response on the 11th of Jan stating the pc would be built mid week and shipped at the end of the week...

It is now the 22nd and my order is STILL on parts picking. I've attempted emailing again, but no reply has been received.

Customer Service is horrible, and these delays have lost you a future customer. If you could please look into the order, or submit me a refund to go elsewhere, because I'm very unimpressed!

Great customer contact / service during the build and while setting up at home. The PC was exactly what I wanted, and its build quality is second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending Gladiator PC.

I’ve had my PC 2 years now and its the best thing I’ve ever bought myself. It has also been the most reliable thing I’ve ever owned. Only ever needed customer service once, which was an efficent & useful service.

Great looking PC with neat cable management superb and at a cost effective price. Flexible options to purchase as well. Would recommend a custom built PC from here 1000%

Great looking and working PC and I found it at an amazing price in the run up to Black Friday. My son loves the PC and he couldn't be happier with how it looks. It made him feel really special and that's what this is all about. Thank you Gladiator PC for such a good PC.

Why am I writing a review on Christmas Day? I'll tell you...

I ordered a gaming PC for my 12 year old son back in early November. Within 10 days it was with me. So I set it up and all was superb.

Today, he opened it with massive glee - "best present ever" he said.

The PC itself is a thing of beauty. Very, very fast, very smooth, ice cold in operation, looks cool and the build quality is outstanding. We had a small glitch in that it had the 'activation watermark'; I couldn't see a key in the box, so I sent a quick email to Gladiator with my info fully expecting to hear back in the new year.

But nope, a kind person named Sion replied today with how to remove it. I would never except or demand a response today of all days, but I received one and it was spot on.

I won't look anywhere else once it's upgrade time. Absolutely out of this world service in every way.

PC running well . Received all i ordered . So far so good.

I was happy with the product but this is the second order where I have had too personally install some of the components as they were just put inside. Also they forgot the power cord for the PSU on the first order.

First was case fans un fitted and the second was the CPU fan!

Luckily I am knowledgeable enough to do this myself but it was a gift. If I wasn't there for its arrival then the recipient would of just plugged it in and it would of overheated damaging components. They have no knowledge of computers and would not have known how to fit the CPU fan. I bought a built computer, not a half built one.

Fantastic service from Oliver, allowed me to drop off the pc for inspection, to save on delivery and identified the issues the same day. Gave loads of really good options and spent time talking through them all in detail. Turn around time was quick and system fixed and working perfectly. So pleased with my new build, everything running perfectly.

Bought the I7 14700k PC good value price and cost effective build. Had a minor issue due to delivery handling but quick to respond and in the end resolved. Happy with the PC.

computer was well put together. communication as it was being made could have been better via the web site, which led to more phone calls from me to find out progress. That said the sales team have been great and been very helpful. The computer works as it should. when I ordered a disc player I expected it to be built in but it was a usb add on. The delivery was within their time frame-just! I specified upgraded components so they may have had to be ordered.

Bought a custom made PC 2 years ago from Gladiator which has been great but suddenly had a few issues. We got back in touch and Oliver provided great advice including photos and instructions to eliminate issues. Eventually solved and no external help (or costs!) involved.

Excellent after service even beyond the warranty period. Acted as middlemen with product supplier to get a replacement graphics card and nvme drive which had failed after their own warranty had expired. Will definitely use them for my next computer.

I've built my last 4 PCs myself, I'm no stranger to the build process, and this beast has arrived in *perfect* condition, with amazing cable management that's basically invisible, and tidy around the back. The PC is fantastic and was a 0 fuss process setting up, and it arrived a bit over a week after I orderedd -much faster than I was preparing myself for!

Every part of the process has been top tier, and literally all of my friends are now jealous of my rig. Anything that can run ARK on max settings without breaking 40% is a hard win in my book

Ordered my first PC with them, everything works perfectly and I can't complain with the warranty period as well!
